“I found a stunning 14k gold ring here for an unbeatable price. The silver rings were also unique and beautiful - I wanted them all!! For comparison, I spent last week scanning thousands of rings in Brimfield, yet this store’s collection stood out more to me than anything I saw at the fair. The women working the counter were so warm and welcoming. Many many beautiful pieces in the store that I wanted to take home! They do a wonderful job curating their finds. I would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful home or jewelry item. I’m so happy to have discovered this place! I will be back.”

“Angelo greeted us promptly upon entering and asked how he could help. We told him we were looking for a full size mattress for our daughter attending UCONN. He showed us multiple options and weren’t sure about choosing or trying another store until we asked about box springs and he explained that we had a few options. A traditional box spring or a metal (needs to be assembled) base that had an electrical adjustable aspect that elevated the head of the mattress! This would be included with the mattress based on the price point! We were sold at this offer. Very happy with Angelo’s help and looking forward to the arrival of our daughter’s new bed!”

“I don’t remember the name of the person who helped us, but he was very accommodating and knowledgeable. We had a couple of questions and he made sure to answer all of them and if he didn’t know the answer he asked someone else who knew. I would go back just for that.”
“Overall, I had a good experience with Bob’s Discount Furniture because their customer service is outstanding. Every time I contacted them about an issue, they were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They never gave me a hard time and were always willing to repair or replace the furniture. I truly appreciate that.
That said, my experience with the wooden furniture was disappointing. Almost every replacement arrived with a different defect—small dents, paint flaws, or wood imperfections. None of the issues were major, but after several exchanges, I realized it was very difficult to receive a completely flawless piece. Eventually, I decided to keep the items with the smallest imperfections because I was simply tired of exchanging furniture.
On the other hand, my sofas arrived in perfect condition, and most of my rugs were also great. So this review is specifically about my experience with some of the wooden furniture, not everything I purchased.
If you value excellent customer service, I would absolutely recommend Bob’s. Their team was always respectful and helpful. However, if you’re very particular about cosmetic perfection in wood furniture, you may want to inspect your items carefully upon delivery or consider a retailer with stricter quality control.
Overall, the furniture is beautiful, the prices are fair, and the customer service is excellent. I just wish the quality control on some of the wood pieces matched the level of service.”

“Had a great experience at Sam's after getting a recommendation from a neighbor. Had an error code on our jenn-air stove. After attempting to fix it with a new part (twice) Juan identified that it was a control board issue. Realizing that the cost difference between replacing the part and buying a new stove was a few hundred dollars we went to the store and purchased a new stove from Dave, who was knowledgeable and professional. The gas shutoff /delivery / install process was on time, efficient, and very professional. We were very impressed and would highly recommend Sam's.”

I've been parking at Seasonal Specialty Stores for years for every Patriots game and event. It's the best place to park, because you don't have to get on route one.
I recently bought a house with a pool and the pump died on Father's Day. Mike made it so easy to replace! I swapped the old one out and the new one in. Took less than 15 minutes! Father's day was saved!
They have everything for the swimming pool and have made maintenance and upkeep a breeze!

We spoke to several local office furniture suppliers and picked Jim and his team for their responsiveness and professionalism. We purchased several cubicles, an executive office suite, and several large glass whiteboards. Jim and his team agreed to do an install on a Saturday morning and things went off perfectly.
