“Great store experience. I had a return, had the QR code ready, and was in and out in maybe 1 minute total. Only annoying thing is the parking in front isn't great but that's not UPS' fault. Customer service people were friendly and expedient in my request. Much better than some UPS stores I've been to before.”

“Customer service at the UPS store on VFW Parkway in West Roxbury, Mass is amazing! Very personal service and care into everything they do. Makes sure you’re not over spending for something you don’t need. Andre is the best!”
“The staff at The ups Store quincy is always very polite and very helpful. I always have a lot of questions when I go in there and they are very patient with me, even when there is a long line behind me, I never feel rushed. I highly recommend visiting this location. I truly appreciate the service that I receive here. Thank you.”
“Excellent staff and very quick service. My relatives always complain about the pain of shipping items and returning items so I used to avoid both as much as possible. Then I came into this ups for a return earlier this year and I was blown away by how friendly and quick it was. In town FedEx is 20 mins at counter apparently, but this was in and out in under 3 mins for shipping past week. Glad for this option!!”
“Andrew is very nice and helpful and funny too! He answer questions clearly. There’s also an Asian woman who works with him (she’s often times in the back, and helps out if it gets too busy), she’s also very nice and helpful. This location has the most smiley + happy employees out of other post offices around Quincy. Love this location due to these reasons!”

“We came in during a busy time to have many documents notarized. Jean Marie was very helpful and cheerful near the end of the day. He made everything very easy and streamlined. I highly recommend them for notary services.”
