“Andrew is very nice and helpful and funny too! He answer questions clearly. There’s also an Asian woman who works with him (she’s often times in the back, and helps out if it gets too busy), she’s also very nice and helpful. This location has the most smiley + happy employees out of other post offices around Quincy. Love this location due to these reasons!”
“Roman is the BEST!! I have been coming to this UPS Store since I started my non-profit in 2018. Roman has always been an awesome help!! I am always working late and I show up late with documents I need printed out for the next day and he always stays late and doesn't get mad at all which is amazing. I am a one woman show and need all the help I can get. Knowing Roman is so kind and understanding makes my job so much easier. I highly recommend his store 100%.”

“This is the BEST UPS store. Everyone that works there is so so kind and helpful. A few weeks ago I went in with a package that was too big to fit in any existing boxes and the woman behind the desk helped me create a box that fit my package. I also use them frequently for printing things. I've used them baby/bridal shower items and signage for my wedding as well as work events and always had a great experience.”

Not only are they fast and good at what they do, but they are always friendly, warm and helpful, even though it's almost always extremely busy, and in a pretty small space, too. “Once you understand the amount of bs these guys deal with every day with clueless people handing over unboxed amazon returns that dont even belong there, or just people who dont know anything about shipping Logistics so the clerk has to dig through their phone and manually email themselves your label, I say they deserve to charge the convenience fee. Im in there at least once a day as an e-commerce seller and its always smooth as silk because I come prepared and I know what im doing.”

“I'm incredibly pleased with the service I receive at this Quincy location every time I'm there. I have a mailbox at this store and the staff always reaches out to me when it's full or I have packages to pick up. They also help me with all my Amazon returns. The customer service is exceptional. Specifically, Abby was very knowledgeable and she helped us figure out how to best set up my mailbox. Abby demonstrated leadership and kindness by helping with heavy packages in my car and making sure all documentation for my mailbox was complete. Thank you to the entire staff of the store for always making my life a little easier.
