“Great location they had 3 guys working and I did my Amazon-drop off and also shipped out some clothes in less than 5 minutes. Granted I went at 11am on a Thursday. I'm sure this location gets pretty busy being off of VFW Parkway but staff is 10/10.”

“On 1st March 2024, I visited the UPS store around the closing time @ 7 pm. Despite the late hour, the staff member graciously assisted me in dropping off my package. He patiently helped me with tagging the label, printing etc. which took about 15 minutes, all the while maintaining a humble and helpful demeanor. I was impressed by his professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure my needs were met. “I’ve had nothing but positive experience in this store. Being new to the area, I had to return Verizon equipment, print out some pages, ship personal packages, return Amazon items prepacked and unboxed of all sizes. My questions were always answered, and my packages were always taken care of. Computer time is indeed expensive, but in line with any other UPS I’ve been to, so nothing against this location.”

“This place is very convenient and staff is very kind. I have done 50+ documents scan and print job here and they guided me well. Staff is very supportive and take extra care of senior citizens and disabled people walking there. They are open on Sunday’s too which make it more convenient. Additionally, for packages they always guide you for better rates. I like this place.”

“I dropped by for passport renewal a day earlier than my appointment and the staff was so nice and accepted my application. One person specially was working so hard. I have to say that I had gone to Milk st. Post office first where 3 people were behind the counter and the guy said no I am busy. The place was not busy at all but he had the right to reject since I was early. So this branch went out of it way and provided service. It’s nice to see people care and help when they can. Thank you”
“I ship alot of packages & this ups is a all around 5 star shop. I'm not sure why the bad reviews I think it's because people don't want to pay for shipping ( you can't see it like a item). The staff is excellent & I've used the notary service they offer again 5 stars . Plus they are extremely pleasant.”
