I’ve found that many reps are not familiar with First Net, but these guys are great. 10/10 recommend to anyone who’s on First Net to come to this location for assistance.”

“I went to the cricket wireless store at the Westgate Mall in Brockton to add a new service to a separate phone. When I left , I realized that the phone that I had brought in was locked and not receiving
or making outgoing calls. I went back inside and spoke with Eli, who may have been a manager . He was not only helpful but very knowledgeable about my situation! He took the time to figure out my issue and then helped me to select another phone, which I truly appreciated! Thank you Ely for all of your help and making " my day"!!!?”
“This store has always been the best. However lately the employees have far exceeded all the allowable five stars. I had been having difficulty navigating apps on a new Iphone. “All I can say is WOW. My mom severely cracked her iPhone screen to the point where her Face ID wouldn't even work anymore. We were on our way to the Apple Store to buy her a new one when I informed her that getting her screen replaced would be significantly cheaper. She was hesitant, but I convinced her to stop by TurtleScreen near her house after seeing great news articles about it online. We came in at 6:15PM just to inquire about pricing and their hours - thinking they wouldn't be able to do a same day repair given they close at 7PM. However, they squeezed us in as soon as we came through the doors and by 6:45PM my mom had a brand new phone screen! She's so happy with how her phone looks and we were extremely impressed by the professionalism of the folks working at TurtleScreen qnd their efficiency. The prices are very reasonable for what you get and my mom ended up saving hundreds of dollars compared to getting a new phone! Can't recommend these guys enough!”

“We had an issue with our FirstNet service and upgrading to a new phone. Long story short Eddie was the employee when we came in for what we thought was an easy transaction. Turned out it kept him 1 hour past closing. He was so kind and offering his number to help resolve it the next day. He never once made us feel rushed or appeared annoyed (although he had to be)! While we weren't able to fix our issue that night Eddie went above and beyond to help us! Give him a raise!!!”

“I made the mistake of buying a phone and trying to hook up service at walmart. No offense, but DO NOT DO THIS. The that I bought there is great, but I had a problem with the Sim card. I was told by BOOST to go back to that Walmart and buy another card (they come in packages of 4). So I did, but not one of them was compatible with my phone. Boost said it must have been a fluke, and to go back to the store, return the old Sim cards, and buy another package of 4. And guess what? Not only were none of THOSE 4 cards compatible, but they then tell me that Sim cards cannot be returned for cash or credit. I said thanks, (at least that's what I said out loud), and left - never to return. I instead went to the Boost Mobile store, also on Oak st, across from the golf course. That's where I found Jaime - my savior. He checked everywhere in his store, but he did not have a card that was compatible with my phone - for which he apologized profusely. Here's what he did: he called Boost directly, and asked them to send out a card by 2-day air. He told me to come back on Saturday, and that he would try and help me. Well, he actually did better than that. I left his store just as he was closing. It was at 6 or 7pm, I believe. About an hour later, I got a call from him saying he was STILL at his store because he was sure he had the right card for my phone. Well he REALLY gave his shop a going over this time, and goshdangit he found it. He cancelled the order with Boost, and told me I could come in at ANY TIME the next day. I came in in the AM, and he took care of my card WITH Boost on the other line. The entire thing took perhaps ten minutes, and when he was done, my phone was 100% all set. I recommend him to everyone. I noticed a couple reviews on here that says things like, "takes forever," or, "terrible customer service." While I can only speak for myself, Jaime is in there running his entire shop by himself, so maybe try to be a bit patient with him? Also, he only charged me the normal $20 for an activation. I tried to tip him, and he denied it. I'm taking my mom there tomorrow to get her new phone. Thanks again, Jaime!!”
