“Market was closed on Thanksgiving but was taking emergency morning calls. My cousin and I called and said we needed some produce our aunt forgot to pick up. The lovely woman working said we could swing by and pick up a few things. She left us our items at the loading dock with flowers wishing us a happy Thanksgiving. We are so appreciative and grateful for her kindness and saving our family Thanksgiving.”

“I called during the week for a specific cut of meat that I could pick up for Saturday. Didn’t place an order just asked a couple of questions. I went to Lloyd’s Saturday morning and I inquired if they had what I was looking for. It was actually wrapped up and waiting for me.
I was shocked! What if I didn’t show up. Customer service extraordinary. I will go back there again just for that!

“I've been living within walking distance to OVM for the past 20'ish years. At the time of writing this, I'm 25. They used to be under a different ownership who owned another convenient in Rochester. Okay lol, onto the review. They remodeled back a few years ago. The cashier used to at an island in the middle of the store. It's now on the side. Not really a problem. So, they used to have more food!! They had a deli! With fresh made to order sandwiches. Now it's mostly just frozen foods I can get at the local stop & shop a few miles from Onset. I like how close it is to my parents house. 30 second'ish walk from the crib!!!!!! Now they have a lot more alcohol which if you're an alcoholic like my mom and I, it's great but once again, I miss the food. If you're visiting Onset, definitely check it out but you might be disappointed.”

“Walmart is usually always good to me, my one complaint was the auto department, I went to buy tires and there was no one there for 45 minutes and when I found someone, he first offered us a deal and came back with it for $10 above the original. With a little haggling we did get a good deal. The worst part was after buying the tire, they said they couldn't put them on the rim for us ?♀️ not very helpful to have a tire off the rim. Other than that this Walmart is great!!”

Everyone was above and beyond incredibly helpful finding the things I was looking for and I felt like I fit in.”

Everytime I go in the store and he is there he is always friendly and helpful, even if he is busy stocking shelves. We are quick to complain about associates that are not very good at customer service but I think we need to point out the ones that are very good at that. I hope management realizes they have a good employee.”
“I have been buying Al's jams for years now and loved every flavor I have purchased. We go to Plymouth twice a year and make it a priority to visit the store to pick up jams, especially blueberry, to bring home. I have even ordered them online to have them shipped to me to use as Christmas presents. Love Love Love them”
“Purchased meat without checking the expiration date. When I went to use it the next day, it had gone bad. I brought it back to customer service with my receipt, and they not only refunded me but doubled my money back. I wasn’t expecting that at all. Thank you, Stop & Shop! I always enjoy shopping here.”

“I go to Shaws in wareham almost EVERY single day, usually use self check out to avoid backing up lines but I wasn’t feeling good yesterday & decided to go to a line with a cashier. I found out almost immediately I made the wrong choice. The cashier Brenda was so rude to the point of wanting to cry IN FRONT of my son. I tried to be polite but she kept making remarks. I had to use my EBT card & she thought I didn’t see her make a smirk to the older lady behind me which was more embarrassing on top of her speaking rudely to me . I did wait to speak to a manager because that is extremely inappropriate, I was informed she is a constant problem for employees & customers & they have been trying to find ways to fire her . I usually love the atmosphere at Shaws until yesterday’s encounter.”

“We visit the BJ's in Plymouth fairly often. Today we had a great experience with cashier # 455992. I didn't get the chance to get his name, but got his number from the receipt. He was awesome! Helped us out to get the items out of the cart, very pleasant gentleman. I often don't write reviews, but had to this time, as his service deserves credit. Thank you for your great service.
Wish there are more people like him and less automatic self-checkout machines.”
“I’ve been coming here since I was a kid today I tried a free breakfast sandwich, it was delicious! Bagel was perfectly toasted eggs were fluffy and fresh And it was made so fast! The front counter guy was super nice and asked me how I was doing and what I liked here. I def will be coming back to try a bacon egg and cheese next! Also this is the only place in Middleboro with jalapeño poppers made with cream cheese and they are my absolute favorite!”
