βThey have great food and drinks and whatever else you need for the family or a party! No alcoholic drinks here! It's usually very crowded most of the time! But if you go in later on in the evening it's not as bad! Otherwise parking is a hit or a miss ! Prices are very reasonable compared to the other grocery stores in the area!β
βThis store is absolutely one of the cleanest grocery store! I mainly drop in for the freshly made soups and chili/especially the chili. The selections for ready made dinners are fantastic with a large variety to chose. I never do a complete shop there because it's out of my price range. But the chili and soups are Mmmm! and I never had a bad ready made meal. So Thank you cleaning staff and the entire work force...you folks are on the ball?β
βFriendly and helpful staff, delicious coffee, super fresh doughnuts, muffins, and other hot breakfast, lunch, and dinner items. Got 2 coffees and 2 doughnuts for $5 and some change, very happy!β
βI had a wonderful experience today with Jadriana at the Hannaford in North Brookfield. I had a lot of groceries in my cart, as well as my two-year-old who was getting antsy. There were a few people in front of me in line, which was fine and expected. However, Jadriana, who was working at the self-checkout station, offered to help me scan my groceries in that area. She proceeded to scan and pack all of my groceries for me while I dealt with my child, and was extremely kind and welcoming as she did so- on top of helping others in the checkout as well. I was out of the store in half the time, and it was so incredibly helpful. Any parent knows how frustrating it can be to shop with a toddler who's been skipping naps and who doesn't want to be sitting in a cart for any longer. My son also has some sensory challenges, so grocery shopping can be hard for him- especially on a day like today when he was already in a bit of a funky mood. With Jadriana's help, both he and I struggled far less than we would have waiting in line at the full service lane.
I just wanted to extend my gratitude in a more meaningful way than with a "Thank you" at the store. I hope she can be recognized for her helpfulness, her kindness, and her welcoming attitude! It truly made my day in a way she probably does not even realize, which in my opinion makes it all the more important. We always have a good experience at Hannaford, but today it was above and beyond what we've come to expect.β
βFresh produce and all pastries are baked in store. Cakes, cupcakes. Puff pastries, fruit bites, cinnamon rolls, bagels on Sunday, large muffins. Freshly baked breadβ
βThey had more vegan options than I thought they would, and several that I hadn't seen elsewhere. We recently moved to the area so despite it being more expensive than Market Basket, this will be our new regular grocery store. (The nearby Price Chopper may do in a pinch, but just isnt as nice inside.)β

βSo... It's a great family owned grocery store. The meat prices are fantastic, the produce isn't the best! The deli service was below standard with poor/rude customer care. The register people are always friendly!β

βClean, friendly, and if you sign up for the loyality program, there are some EXCELLENT bargains each week. Prices otherwise are about the same or a little higher than the bigger stores nearby. Also have a few items you wont find elsewhere.β
βYou can find almost everything there. Just don't buy their fruit!!! Bought a precut watermelon and when I brought it home to eat it, it was like biting into the sole of a shoe!! No lie. The rest of the fruit I bought was like eating a sponge. Other than that, the rest of the things I bought were ok. I will never buy any type of fruit from them.β
βI went to the grocery store for my first time and had an excellent experience. I went in the middle of the day in the parking lot had plenty of space. I entered the trailer and was still able to find a few spots where I could park upon entering everything was festive and Set up for the holidays. Everyone was extremely friendly and all the shelves were stocked properly. Not a single complaint.β
βAbsolutely love wallmart always find what I need in a one stop shop ! Prices are amazing and unbeatable, convenience is everything and they definitely provide that!β
βBest scan n go in app experience of any of the grocery chains, by far! Scan it's using the app as you shop, put them in the bag, automatically returns to the scanner so you don't have to click the scanner every time you want to scan another item. Scan the QR code at the exit and you're on your way. No need to wait for a self checkout to finish and pay. It's AWESOME!β
βWonderful experience, I just stop to buy a bag of ice and a young gentleman help me to pick up from freezer , set up payment and drop off shopping cart ! Thank you very much !β
βStore great and staff are nice. Always helpful. At self check out, can you raise the shelf where you place the scanned items. - similar to how the registers have it? I do a full grocery shopping and often check out in self check.
My lower back is sore, awkward angle. That is it. Thank you!β

βPrices were lowest in the area. The attendant working when I went in was really funny. I bought lottery tickets from him and told him I'd be back if I won big. He was nice so I will be going back. He called me out for buying all the candy!β
βThis place has a great different selection of items also the deli is awesome. My only hope is they will replace the credit card reader at the checkout counter, itβs almost always a hassle.β
βBest pizza in the area! I got the shrimp pizza and the buffalo chicken pizza tonight and they were AMAZING! And the staff was very nice. I'm impressed and I will be back! My new go-to pizza.β
βTiptop is amazing! It is our go-to store for all of our groceries, every week. The spices and other bulk items are wonderful, the interesting and high-quality local and international fair trade gifts are great for anytime of the year, and we buy all of our holiday gifts and cards there!Sarah provides super personalized service, researching products or supplements she doesnβt have and finding them for us to the best of her ability. Everyone in the store is always so friendly, so it feels like a supportive community, with other customers giving helpful suggestions on all sorts of topics.We especially appreciate all of the hard-to-find specialty items, as we are vegan and gluten-free.We are thrilled that when Sarah finally retires, Tiptop will transition into a food co-op and still be available for the local community in Brookfield and beyond!β

βNate is just a generally awesome guy very humble n respectful and the guy who has a beard and does the night shift is always fun to talk to when getting rung up good staff there as of now very good people older gentlemen that I seen there too is also very understanding and kindβ
βThe store is nice, and I would say on par with other Walmarts. The self-checkout line was pretty long, but moved more or less faster than I expected it to run. I would recommend staff find a better way for customers with a large quantity of items not to hold up a self-checkout register for an extended period of time. Perhaps, these customers can be routed to a register operated by a worker. Just a suggestion.β
βDecent convenience store with a variety of snacks, drinks, chips, cakes and such.Surprisingly good selection of craft beers, seltzers, wines, and other adult beverages for a small convenience store.β
βWe left CVS Sturbridge due to disorganization, incompetence, and bad attitudes. Night and day difference. Absolutely love the staff here. They never drop the ball and always super friendly. That goes for all employees store wide. A wonderful place to shop. Can't say enough about this store.β
βThe amount of trash and garbage on the grounds around the store behind the parking lot is deplorable. This is the Auburn Massachusetts store and it borders a forest. This is pollution and Bjs should take some responsibility in cleaning up this mess.β

βI live near by, and been going to this store since i was 13yrs old, now im 27 and this store is still the best after 14yrs of going there.
Very nice, polite and respectful establishment, even the workers are awesome and very nice and friendly.
I hope this store stays in Charlton forever XD ?
