“I cannot say enough about the staff at VSC of Sturbridge. I have an elderly chi mix who was having trouble walking couple of years ago . My vet referred me to Dr Lytle. She is nothing short of amazing. She is so smart and up to date on latest meds, procedures, technology. under her care Jax was up and running again. A year after treatment ended, my dog was injured by another dog. He didn't recover as we expected. Limping, fussy and fearful. We brought him back to VSC as last resort. Dr. Lytle found had that he had issues with his back, neck and knee. She got him immediately back into treatment and he was back to baseline in short order! He is now happy on his walks, he's sleeping and eating. The support staff at VSC is friendly, accommodating and kind. Appointments are always timely. They are wonderful with my dog. 5 stars!”

“My experience is amazing with all of them as a family loving people and mean the pets they love like there own we have lost 2 of our babys and they have been heartfelt about it and feel what we did as a whole. The support and love this group of vets and others here is a rare thing in places the job they all do and what the see as heartbreaking moments is the hardest job ever and me and the wife and our furbabys wouldn't go any where else . As for Dr L and mehgan her co pilot that I have followed for year to anywhere they go they have made this hillside our home also . All the staff is amazing and could never pay back what they have giving to us in care and love for us and our babys they make our babys there babys and that makes a big family to us. I wanna say thank you all of the staff and and above thank you for what you bring and your support . No matter how we say or show thanks for them I know it's not enough of what they all deserve but as a staff they don't expect that they want happy and healthy babys for longer than life . “I just wanted to thank all the staff for being so kind in one of the most difficult times in my life. You treated me and my cat as if we patients there for ever, though it was a few times. I cannot express my gratitude for the care they took of my cat but also me who is grieving. It was not an easy being in place were happiness and sadness of comes at one time. “Long wait. Was told I didn’t need to make an appointment but when I arrived, they said no appointments available. Told them I’d called so they squeezed me in. They also wouldn’t vaccinate my dog who’d had a reaction to Lepto vaccine- even though I wasn’t getting that one for him. I guess I understand, but it was frustrating. They did my other dog, no issues.”
