“The money management app and perks are really cool!The app takes too long to log into, and the services there fail a lot. They need to work on their IT side and investing there.Not 5 stars because I recently got off the phone and the person was rude. She hung up without asking if I needed anything else, or at least a goodbye. She sounded annoyed through the process of understanding how to apply for a personal loan.These are fundamental, customer service routines. So everyone else giving MITFCU the 1 star for rudeness, I wholly sympathize with them. I will update this review over time as I continue being a member, ESPECIALLY if I continue experiencing rude, customer-UNFRIENDLY behavior. Each encounter is 1 star off.”

“All the staff here are very friendly and always so helpful. Been a member since the first Lowell location in the 90s. It's so convenient having this location just 5mins from my job!! Highly recommend this credit union for everything. Car loans, home loans, etc... I always find they have very competitive rates.”

“I am not a client but took my mom there. She went to catch a check that has both hers and my father's name. They refused to catch it saying that my father has to be physically present for them to do that. My dad is not on her account and is not in the US at the moment. The first time we went there they required it be signed by both of them, so we mailed it to him where in rsides somewhere in Africa. That first time they said they just need his signature, they did not say that he had to be physically present. Now we have a signed check but they want him too. I have never had this happen to me at my bank. I have cashed many checks with my husband being present. This has been really frustrating to me and especially my mom. Other than that she is always locked out of her account and has to call to be reactivated. She has been requested to change banks.”

“I have been with Jeanne D'Arc for years, since I was able to open an account with a bank I could trusted. They are very dedicated and supportive in all of the branches that I've been to, in MA. I smile and show them respect. Understandable, not everyone has that positive spirit with issues or concerns already in mind when they get there. If we all could see things from others views, maybe there wouldn't be much angery comments I've seen on this site. I just wanted to show these branches some love. We all deserve respect and support working in these professions. It's not easy. I hope this helps others choose wherever they decide to go. Have a blessed day!”
