“Joe’s Auto is fantastic! This week I was having issue removing some screws off the hinges of my jeep wrangler hard door's, I was a a total loss. I took a ride to Joes and ask his opinion on what to do. He told me bring down and we can try to give you hand. I dropped them and I no time they were calling me to come pick them up, all the screws were removed, I was thrilled. “I had a car accident on my way to work last Thursday and Demers got the call to tow my car away. I am a widow with limited finances, I don't know anyone in this area, and with no other means of transportation so, I was resigned to having to use Lyfts to get back and forth to work. My adjusted told me that I needed to contact them to go and get my plates and belongings out of my car so that it could be junked and paid off. I didn't have the money to pay for a ride to do this so, I called and spoke to them and they were so kind enough to clean out my car for me and set my belongings aside until I could get my roommate and his girlfriend to go there with her car and get my stuff. It is nice to know that, especially at this time of year, that kindness does overcome greed! I will use them in the future for any needs I have; most definately”

“I needed a tow on a Tuesday around 6:30/6:45pm in North Billerica. The dispatcher was kind and patient with me as I worked out what I wanted to do, and it just so happened they had a truck right nearby. I hung up the phone with the dispatcher after paying and the truck pulled up mere moments later, which was a godsend after waiting a while on a different company that never showed up. Truck driver was very nice (Charlie I think was his name) and he dropped the vehicle off at a nearby mechanic's for me. Hopefully I won't need a tow again but I'd recommend them!Service: Car towing”
