“Just got my truck back after an incident where I went off the road and through the woods. Almost 360 degree damage. I was torn. The truck is brand new. Pearl white. With OVER 30K in damage. I didn't even want the truck back and was nervous about what I would be getting back and the process. They walked me through everything. Every step of the way. When I got my truck back, I'm telling you I could not see or tell there was ANY damage. Whether the panel was replaced or repaired, it looked brand new. “I had a car accident on my way to work last Thursday and Demers got the call to tow my car away. I am a widow with limited finances, I don't know anyone in this area, and with no other means of transportation so, I was resigned to having to use Lyfts to get back and forth to work. My adjusted told me that I needed to contact them to go and get my plates and belongings out of my car so that it could be junked and paid off. I didn't have the money to pay for a ride to do this so, I called and spoke to them and they were so kind enough to clean out my car for me and set my belongings aside until I could get my roommate and his girlfriend to go there with her car and get my stuff. It is nice to know that, especially at this time of year, that kindness does overcome greed! I will use them in the future for any needs I have; most definately”

“I was in a serious accident on the highway and D&R — specifically Scott — showed up to tow my car. I was with my wife and very upset minor son. Not only was Scott careful and caring with loading my truck on his tow bed, but he offered us a ride to somewhere safe. Once he learned we were 1.5 hours away from home, he pulled over and made a call to a friend at a local car rental agency, convincing him to stay open late for us. He dropped us off at the rental agency while he went back to unload my damaged vehicle. Top-notch service and a soothing voice during a difficult time. A+”

“My daughter’s car broke down on a Sunday night on the side of a highway and I went to meet her. After waiting an hour and a half for my insurance company’s roadside assistance to give me some kind of update (not happy with them!), I started calling around on my own. After some unpleasant and not very helpful calls and beginning to worry we might not find anyone, I called Ferreira’s and hope re-entered the night. The dispatcher was friendly, ensured she got all the right info and assured us someone was in the way. The driver arrived and was extremely helpful and towed it to a location closer to home. He was familiar with that location and talked me through how that particular place handles overnight drop offs. I hope I never need a tow again, but if I do, Ferreira’s is now in my contact list! Thanks for bailing us out!”
