“I am not one to typically write a review, but Giuliano was so helpful that I wish I could give 7 stars. I walked in completely clueless looking for my first Tux for an event, and he walked me through everything. What I needed, what was included, and pricing was clearly laid out in front of me which I really appreciated. Additionally, the sizing/measurement process was very detailed and he put in an incredible level of care to make sure everything was settled. A lot of rental facilities do not worry much about fit and sizing besides getting you in/out the door, and this is so far from the experience I had with Giuliano. I left confident that my rental will fit perfectly and present well, and I cannot forget to mention he saw me on his one day off when I strolled up to the door. He truly cares about his clients, and I know I will be coming back repeatedly for every rental need I have going forward!”
“Went in to buy a suit for my wedding, left with a new place to buy all my suits and more from now on. Definitely would recommend. Mike helped me look through a ton of fabrics, suit cuts, and price points. There's really nothing like someone sizing and measuring you to exactly the fit you want. Mike was very fluent on how the suit is cut and should fit. He was not just taking measurements and sending them off. When the suit came in it fit perfectly and Mike showed my certain aspects of the cut specifically to my body type. He knows his stuff.”

“I needed to purchase a tuxedo for a wedding on short notice. I originally went to Suit Supply but felt like they rushed through the fitting process, did not have style/measurement/tailoring knowledge, and instead kept throwing different sizes at you until something fit.
After scheduling an appointment at Classic Tuxedo, Jamile put all my concerns at ease. She started by taking full measurements, answered all my questions, had a fun personality that made the experience pleasant and was able to work with my schedule to rush the order.
I think the key difference was that at Suit Supply, they kept asking whether this looked right whereas at Classic Tuxedo, they know what looks right. I just attended the wedding this past weekend and everything fit and looked great.
Overall pricing was a little more, but I will gladly pay more for expertise, quality, and experience.”

“Jeff and his team at 9 tailors created for me an amazing bespoke 4 piece suit with jacket, vest, skirt and pants with the finest Italian wool in a distinctive style that live up to my exacting, some may even say impossible, standards. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Jeff from the initial consultation, to designing the suit, to the many fittings that make everything just right. Jeff is the ultimate professional, going out of his way to ensure the final products are exactly as I had imagined with the perfect fit. He listens and cares, and that makes all the difference in the quality of the experience. I enjoyed creating a truly bespoke suit with my own design using the wide selection of the best fabrics from Italy and statement accessories sourced by 9tailors. “This store sells products and souvenirs with the theme of MIT, which is a research center of the highest level in the world, considered a leader in technology. They sell keychains, caps, t-shirts, sweaters, jackets, gloves, USB drives, among a variety of products. the prices...just like the rest of the state of Massachusetts, they are high prices. The clothes are made in other countries such as the Republica del Salvador, China y otros, however they are of very good quality.”
“I had an amazing experience at Jos. A. Bank on State Street in Boston. I needed a quick turnaround on tailoring before a job interview, and while they initially said they couldn’t fit me in, after speaking with them on a personal level, they decided to show compassion and help me out.
The staff was professional, kind, and incredibly helpful...truly exemplary service. A special shout-out to Ryan, Leena the tailor (forgive me if I misspelled your name), and the gentleman whose name I didn’t get who tied me a perfect double Windsor.

“While I love Market Street, there aren’t many toddler-friendly stores. Enter Carhartt, a brand I was familiar with but seldom shopped. Now, it’s a must-visit every time my family and I go to Market Street.
Why? The staff have gone above and beyond to bring joy to my son. When he started to walk, they offered him stickers from a random sticker book someone had behind the cash wrap. This turned into them ordering special stickers for him (and other children now benefit too). He has befriended the entire staff, so much so that if we pass by the store, he asks to go in and see Meg, who started the friendship. She, along with Harry, Max, Sophie, Ryan, etc., have made my son smile from ear to ear. And, because we know how friendly and wonderful they are to him, my husband and I have expanded our wardrobe to include far more many Carhartt pieces.
If all Carhartt stores had the Lynnfield staff, I can only imagine the additional revenue and incredible customer experiences you’d provide.

“Ladies, don't let it harsh your mellow when using the dressing room which feels like a disorganized pile of laundry. I was finally pleased to find some deals in swimwear. Although I purchased the shoes I chose, I felt disappointed that the price was higher than what I understood from the posted sticker. My shopping experience could've been improved if the cashier understood English, or I guess if I learned Spanish to go there. Sephora is organized nicely in here. The bus stop at the door is very convenient.”
