“Fast, comprehensive tire service. My car was at another shop. At 10:30am I called Dick’s and they didn’t have them in stock either. But they were able to order for same day delivery. By 2:30pm, my car had 4 new tires and warranty program for free tire rotation and repairs. I’ll go out of my way to go back!”
“Full disclosure, I have never had a bad experience with this dealership. They are extremely transparent when it comes to the maintenance and pricing with no last minute changes in pricing or fees! I just bought my second Acura and I can’t even compare them to the previous Acura dealership I worked with, the experience was from night to day. Keith Rivera (Sales Manager), Don Heath (Sales Consultant), and Erika Santana (Business Manager), were all GREAT and you really feel they are trying to get the best deal for you. “I’m always wary going to the mechanic because I’ve been scammed a fair amount of times but I’ve never felt more taken care of here. I spoke to one of the mechanics on the phone and he was so patient and kind with all my questions. I got both an oil change and tire rotation and he made sure to top off all my fluids and check out my brakes. The pricing was great and service was fast!! Highly recommend”
