“I have some pretty extensive experience with car dealerships when I was younger; as an employee, a contractor vendor, owning a car transport company, and as one-time partner in a used car dealership. As you could imagine, I have a rather dim view of how most dealerships operate. While searching for vehicles on the Internet recently I stumbled on a 2013 Tahoe in the Bedard Chevy used inventory. During a visit I reviewed the vehicle and it fit my needs rather well. I was looking for particular options for a long time and this vehicle had them. The Tahoe was also the cleanest and less abused of all that I had considered. The sales person, Heather was extremely helpful and low pressure. The next day we made a deal that I was happy with. Upon delivery of the vehicle I discovered a malfunction with the Tahoe's heated driver's seat. Heather was exceptionally responsive in getting the problem fixed, as was the service department. I can't say enough about the apparent honesty and integrity of the Bedard folks I worked with, right down to the courtesy of the drivers who delivered my vehicle to my house!!! It takes a lot for a company to earn my trust. Bedard has done so. No baloney, No BS, No excuses. Bedard is a low pressure, low hype dealership. It was worth the drive and I live over 1 hour away. I'll be certain to recommend Bedards to all of my friends.”

“Customer service rep was really knowledgeable! I ordered the wrong year air ride for my truck thinking it was JUST a 08. Come to find out through Scott over there, my truck was built towards the end of 08 so I have some 09 parts. He helped me correct the problem and I must say I am very pleased! Thanks guys!”
