“Always busy, unfortunately. But everyone loves a bargain and their gas is cheaper than anywhere. The air pump is also free, but is placed where you may risk getting hit by a car if you use the pump on the passenger side!”

“Best Cumberland Farms
In Massachusetts. Very Friendly. They never fail to say Good Morning, when you enter. I had issues with my bank card, forgot my pin, Normal for a Disabled Veteran. I asked the lady cashier, to hold my items,I would be back. She actually did :) when I came back 1 hour later. I'm an Uber driver, I always tell my riders about this Cumberland Farms! Thank you for being nice ?”
“Your normal gas station, friendly staff! Always clean and smells good in the store. Like all other gas stations they have all sorts and different varieties of snacks, candy, drinks, gum and even small house hold items and things you can make at home like Mac and cheese or ravioli. All that and more in this very very small gas station”

“This will unfortunately not be as detailed as a review as I was hoping for but the store seems pretty clean and friendly whenever I enter the store no matter the time of day.
The store always seems pretty stocked and has a variety of food to offer and not to mention how conveniently located it is on Curran Highway.
Also… they have best friend chicken boxes
(fried chicken and potato wedges)during the day time.
Prices are somewhat reasonable but you’re paying for the convenience I guess.
Overall I rate this store a 4 as a five star would constitute a visit where I feel the store went above and beyond their expectations for the consumer.”

“This will unfortunately not be as detailed as a review as I was hoping for but the store seems pretty clean and friendly whenever I enter the store no matter the time of day.
Recently, I paid for the delivery service they offer and was pretty surprised how fast it arrived to my house but also when ordered on the app for pickup the service is pretty quick too…
The soda and slushy machine has been down for about a week now.. I wish they’d fix that.
Their location is so convenient being on the rotary and pretty staffed during the day offering maximum efficiency, however at night the store is a little rough only having one person on the evening shift…
it’s a pretty busy place for one person considering the location it’s in.
Overall, I’m pretty happy with this store as far as cleanliness, pricing, deals, and delivery services goes and rate this establishment a 5 star rating.

“What can I say. For the last 20 plus years I've been stopping. It's close to home and historically has been locally managed by a SUPER nice family from the area. Service had always been really great. You become attached to families that manage or own local establishments when you see them often, where they start to feel like family. This has been one of those places.”

“I usually only stop here for gas, but when I do the staff inside is always friendly. They always seem to be laughing and having a good time, while also keeping the place clean and organized! Not a bad place for a cheap cup of Joe either”
“I always go to this gas station when possible. As a female I've always felt safe pumping gas here, which for me is paramount. It's very well lit, on a busy road, accepts Market 32/Price Chopper points, and if you need anything from the convenience store the employees are very friendly, and it's well stocked with many selections of items! There are a number of gas pumps available, so I've never had to wait for one to open up. There's never any trash blowing around, none of the pumps are gross or dirty (there are trash cans next to every pump, which is super convenient), and I've never had the inconvenience of pulling up, shutting off my car, getting out my cards then walking around to the pump to find out it's closed/broken.”
“I wouldn't come here as often as I do if it was a piss poor establishment. Nice employees and the other customers are generally nice too. 10/10 would recommend.”
“We had a car breakdown in downtown Pittsfield MA on Saturday 4pm of Memorial Day weekend and we couldn’t find anyone to tow us or look at the car ...nor could we find a taxi or Uber to take us and 2 small children back to the campground at Bonnie Brae...it was cold...then after 8 calls..we called Evan Skubel, owner of the garage & gas station at 51 Center St in Pittsfield....he came to us in 5-10 minutes and diagnosed the problem right away....offered to arrange for the tow to his garage and took us back to the camp ground in his truck....he replaced the alternator over the holiday weekend and we got the van back on Monday (Memorial Day) and were able to drive back to Boston....Evan is an expert mechanic ....a kind and compassionate human...we remain forever grateful to him and we highly recommend his services to all”

“I went to put air in my tires on Saturday April 7 at 340pm. I couldn't not get the cap off of my tire thing. The attendant, who was very busy, came over to assist me. He couldn't get it off either but wouldn't give up. He continued to try and continued to come back with things to try. He finally got it and I was able to fill my tire.”

“The Staff at the Dalton Cumby's is always some of my favorite people. They know the regular customers, I grew up with Debbie's (one of the managers) daughter; every time I go there I feel like I'm seeing a familiar face. The only thing that I would change is the way the parking lot flows! People park like absolute douche canoes. It's like they don't care if a single other car can get in or out, as long as they get their space just where they want it, or if they can't get the space that they want, they cram this giant land yacht into wherever they can... Screw anyone else that may have to back up & get to work on time; heaven forbid they have an emergency!”

“Reviews for gas station comes down to price, location, and if you pay inside, the disposition of the employees and cleanliness. So i went to this BP as more of a comfort stop. I was on a day off jaunt with a ride thru the Berkshires and do a little personal business. A few cups of coffee before the ride, started to remind me of that fact about a hour plus into the trip. Thus the BP stop when I didn't need fuel. I realized that the pumps were rebooting and the very nice employee was apologetic about the situation. It was due to a power surge and some left but it was back and I was pumping gas in about 7 minutes. So I have said sll this to relate it back to what I mentioned earlier on. The place was immaculate, the employee had a very good relatable and kind personality and was 20cents cheapee than NY, even though I barely put 8.00 in. So it checks all the boxes.”

“Nice atmosphere and the lady that waited on my was kind enough to listen to me talk about the fact that our 2nd fur baby passed away a couple weeks ago n she was 18 n out Mainecoon passed at 14 yrs old like 1.5 yrs ago. I bought a beanie baby kitten just because he's sooòo soft n cute. Very, very nice associate, I think she should be Employee of the month. I wish I got her name. We went at like between 6:30-730. We went to ATM n for had n the kitty beanie baby n a bouquet of flowers. The lady went above and beyond, very professional ? and treated me with empathy & lots of kindness. Thank you as a stranger you helped me a bit I'm NOT dealing with this loss n I'm NOT taking about it but i felt safe with you. Thank you. You made me smile! This was Sunday May 26, 2024.
Definitely if u have an employee of the month..... She DESERVES IT TENFOLD!
If you DONT have employees of the month then hands down it would be a great incentive to get all employees to be kind n leave their troubles at the door. That's how I was successful in my jobs in the past. I VOTE EMPLOYEE OF THE MOMTH! TY”
