βAlways busy, unfortunately. But everyone loves a bargain and their gas is cheaper than anywhere. The air pump is also free, but is placed where you may risk getting hit by a car if you use the pump on the passenger side!β
βHave to try the fried chicken. Theyβre very proud of the food and itβs incredibly delicious!! You would never think that you would happen upon it here.. itβs here!!β

βDelivered way faster than I expected and were very polite and kind on the phone and in person. A great relief to know we won't have to think about where to get our heating oil in the future, just call these guys.β
βThe lady that works here makes everyone feel welcomed, and as a woman myself -comfortable. You don't feel weird and ogled if you're in your pajamas in the morning and have to pay inside, unlike some of the other gas stations.β

βBrian is as dedicated a manager that you will ever find.. he is there morning noon and night!! He clearly understands what the definition of salaried position means but hopefully he gets time off soon. Well run. And he finds a way to get quality staff even in tough timesβ
βMobile on South Street is the cheapest place to get gas in Pittsfield they're always the cheapest sometimes it's by three cents but even though that $0.03 does add up friendly customers and staff and they sell beerβ
βJust the nicest person works here. It's good to stop someplace where you're going to find someone friendly behind the counter. Coffee is good too. ☺β

βI've been going to this station for years and am motivated to review it now because of the great service I recently received. For some reason the pump I tried using would not read my credit card despite multiple attempts. I went in the service both to pay, but I complicated matters by asking to use a significant amount of Fuel Rewards I had accumulated. This proved difficult using the payment equipment inside. I interacted with two employees, Cara and Diane. Instead of telling me they couldn't apply my discount, they went out of their way to keep trying. They even started making a phone call when things they were trying finally worked. They were pleasant, positive, and definitely interested in helping me. I was impressed and wanted to recognize their extraordinary efforts with this review.β

βI always go to this gas station when possible. As a female I've always felt safe pumping gas here, which for me is paramount. It's very well lit, on a busy road, accepts Market 32/Price Chopper points, and if you need anything from the convenience store the employees are very friendly, and it's well stocked with many selections of items! There are a number of gas pumps available, so I've never had to wait for one to open up. There's never any trash blowing around, none of the pumps are gross or dirty (there are trash cans next to every pump, which is super convenient), and I've never had the inconvenience of pulling up, shutting off my car, getting out my cards then walking around to the pump to find out it's closed/broken.β
βI usually only stop here for gas, but when I do the staff inside is always friendly. They always seem to be laughing and having a good time, while also keeping the place clean and organized! Not a bad place for a cheap cup of Joe eitherβ

βNice atmosphere and the lady that waited on my was kind enough to listen to me talk about the fact that our 2nd fur baby passed away a couple weeks ago n she was 18 n out Mainecoon passed at 14 yrs old like 1.5 yrs ago. I bought a beanie baby kitten just because he's sooΓ²o soft n cute. Very, very nice associate, I think she should be Employee of the month. I wish I got her name. We went at like between 6:30-730. We went to ATM n for had n the kitty beanie baby n a bouquet of flowers. The lady went above and beyond, very professional ? and treated me with empathy & lots of kindness. Thank you as a stranger you helped me a bit I'm NOT dealing with this loss n I'm NOT taking about it but i felt safe with you. Thank you. You made me smile! This was Sunday May 26, 2024.
Definitely if u have an employee of the month..... She DESERVES IT TENFOLD!
If you DONT have employees of the month then hands down it would be a great incentive to get all employees to be kind n leave their troubles at the door. That's how I was successful in my jobs in the past. I VOTE EMPLOYEE OF THE MOMTH! TYβ
βIt's a OK location though not much residential nearby so you'd have to drive. It's near Hilton garden Inn but Guidos Fresh Market is closer. cleanliness is decent, people are friendly and willing to help. The prices I feel are ok but discounts not as good as the local Big Y so that's the reason for my rating.β
βBig enough lot to pull my 22 ft trailer in and gas up. Price is the same as anywhere else in town. We'll stocked convenience store. Used to open 24 hours, no longer the case. Disappointed with that.β

βWhat can I say. For the last 20 plus years I've been stopping. It's close to home and historically has been locally managed by a SUPER nice family from the area. Service had always been really great. You become attached to families that manage or own local establishments when you see them often, where they start to feel like family. This has been one of those places.β

Especially on wicked hot days or when itβs raining non stop.I have to say, I appreciate stopping by; the staff (and Iβve encountered all 3 of the current employees) are all so diligent in getting to the car as soon as I pull up, meaning little to no wait. Very friendly, and respectful they get the gas pumped the windshields wiped clean and your back on your way!If youβre looking for a full service gas station in Pittsfield, Ma Citgo on Elm st is highly recommended!β
βThis place had everything we expected including a nice little pizza shop where they would make fresh little personal size pizzas for you. The Dunkinβ Donuts is also attached. However like most attach Dunkinβ Donuts that things were a little old.Gas price well everyone was niceβ

βWe had a car breakdown in downtown Pittsfield MA on Saturday 4pm of Memorial Day weekend and we couldnβt find anyone to tow us or look at the car ...nor could we find a taxi or Uber to take us and 2 small children back to the campground at Bonnie Brae...it was cold...then after 8 calls..we called Evan Skubel, owner of the garage & gas station at 51 Center St in Pittsfield....he came to us in 5-10 minutes and diagnosed the problem right away....offered to arrange for the tow to his garage and took us back to the camp ground in his truck....he replaced the alternator over the holiday weekend and we got the van back on Monday (Memorial Day) and were able to drive back to Boston....Evan is an expert mechanic ....a kind and compassionate human...we remain forever grateful to him and we highly recommend his services to allβ

βThe Staff at the Dalton Cumby's is always some of my favorite people. They know the regular customers, I grew up with Debbie's (one of the managers) daughter; every time I go there I feel like I'm seeing a familiar face. The only thing that I would change is the way the parking lot flows! People park like absolute douche canoes. It's like they don't care if a single other car can get in or out, as long as they get their space just where they want it, or if they can't get the space that they want, they cram this giant land yacht into wherever they can... Screw anyone else that may have to back up & get to work on time; heaven forbid they have an emergency!β
