“This an update to my prior review. It turns out that I had a weird situation at the base of the door that didn't exist in other units, which allowed for rain and unusually high winds to create a damp area. When I mentioned this, I was immediately set up in a unit just 15-20 feet away. There was no questioning, no need for me to prove anything. He simply said that he'd help get me moved immediately and he'd fix whatever created the problem.
After talking with the owner more, he clearly understands long-term business practices and knows that being responsive to customers and ensuring they are satisfied is what keeps the business running smoothly. It was refreshing to hear that customer service is his entire goal and that's the only thing that will keep a business profitable and thriving.
He wasn't giving me a sales pitch. I told him my father and I almost purchased a storage facility in Missouri and we got to talking about business, in general.
If you're shopping around for storage units, my recommendation is to consider this place first.

Owner is very nice, great to work with. My unit had water on the floor and I had minor dampness on my tarp, although i couldn't see from where. Luckily I had things covered with the tarp. And the agreement says to cover things, but still not at all what I expected in a storage unit.”
