“Long wait, good service. The clients waited patiently and had a look of satisfaction walking out the door. The store was uncluttered, spacious and noise free. The salesperson was talking freely to the customers when they entered the store and he did not forget their placement (who was first, second, etc.). I waited from 6 PM to 7 PM (everyone waited patiently). It's my belief that the salesperson set the tone. He was calm, friendly and personable. It was a good vibe.”

“I NEVER write google reviews - but HAD TO because Charlene at the Chestnut Hill T-Mobile was SO AWESOME!!! So kind and helpful, such good customer service. She was awesome and easily could have been dismissive at my questions - I came straight from the Apple store with many trying to set up my phone number on a new phone after my old one was ruined with water damage. And she was so patient. GO TO CHARLENE FOR HELP!!! Thank you!!”
