Bowlero Chicopee offers a fun and lively entertainment experience with modern bowling lanes, including blacklight options, and an arcade filled with games. The facility is well maintained, clean, and features helpful staff who are accommodating and patient, especially during children's birthday parties. The venue is suitable for family outings, parties, and league play, with options to join leagues and use personal equipment. The menu is chef-inspired, though some may find the pizza average. The atmosphere is energetic and enjoyable, making it a popular spot in Chicopee. While most reviews highlight the clean environment, friendly staff, and fun activities, some note that the seating can feel cramped when lanes are busy. Overall, Bowlero Chicopee is a great place to have fun, whether for casual games or special celebrations.
Marsha at the bar was wonderful. I’m an OTR (over the road) driver who was parked at a truck stop across the street for 2 days. I ate there twice and had a few drinks. Well worth the walk across the street.

Excellent burgers. Wings are a little greasy but not bad. A little noisy so if you're planning on listening to a movie bring your headset with you.
