“It was overall a good experience. Deb (assistant general manager) was very knowledgeable and friendly. She is amazing with customer service. Our waitress was also A+. The bowling itself was okay. The machine scoring was glitching a few times and the keyboard to type in our names was slow. The technology needs an upgrade. Outside of that, it was a positive experience. Plenty of balls, lanes were in fine shape. It can be pricey but it wasn't terrible on Thursday nights plus we had a 20% off online promo code.”
“Venue that can be rented to have celebrations. Ample parking, restrooms are NOT handicapped accessible due to they are down a flight a stairs. Were short staffed on bartenders but when she was at post she was friendly and tactful.”
