“I have a 2016 Hyundai Tucson. Repairs completed @ Don Roy's (front end damage, bumper, grill etc.) I found staff to be professional, caring and very helpful. Communication was very good; I received both phone calls and email updates. They dealt with the insurance & rental companies as well. I was extremely satisfied when repairs were completed; the vehicle looks 'showroom' new. While I didn't like the circumstances requiring the auto work (an accident) knowing the job was completed properly by professionals was reassuring. I highly recommend Don Roy's.”

Genos kept me in communication throughout the process and provided any insurance updates. There team was able to investigate all effected areas of damage and obtain new replacement parts. I departed with a complete summary of repairs, parts, labor, and full adjustments for my records. My trucks whole front end was replaced and it fits seamlessly into my existing truck beautifully. “The manager there was the only person in the customer area. When I first walked in she was on the phone with one her employees and she was so sweet to them. She was very sweet to everyone. At the end it started to get busy and she checked me out and a couple went up to her and said they had an appointment. So while she was checking me out I turned around and said she's only one person. She didn't get frustrated and had a smile the whole time. Shout out to Pamela at the auto center at Walmart.”
