“I rented a cargo van because there were no cars available. It got me home and that's all that matters. Shout out to the staff for making it quick and easy for me after having such a bad week. Enterprise is the way to go when you need a vehicle...ANY vehicle.”

“Came to visit from FL and had issues at a rental place on St James where they were absolutely unprofessional, rude, and ignorant so I was extremely pleased to contact AllStar and have fast, efficienct, professional service and a spacious rental for a very affordable price”

“I brought my car here because I wanted to give one of the smaller auto-repair shops the opportunity, rather than always going to balise collision. What a difference it made in a positive way. The repairs were completed in a timely fashion and my car now looks brand new!!! Welberth is the one that worked on my car and I would recommend this company 100%”

“Well, I haven’t technically picked up the car yet so I don’t know how the full end of service will be, but I can tell you this much, John, over at Chicopee is wonderful and should be recognized for his wonderfulness. Knowledgeable, receptive, polite, pleasant, and efficient , after two phone calls telling us that it would be over $300 to rent a car for the one day that we needed because we had to keep it for two extra days wasn’t really working for me. I let John know about my desperation and lo and behold , there’s a car available just for this sort of thing. While I don’t appreciate the initial runaround, lies, greed, and dishonesty from enterprise as a whole unit, I do appreciate that they still employ human beings with sensibility and compassion . Thanks, John. !”
