“Always have to go inside store to get gas pump fuel receipt do to they never fill paper receipts in yard fuel pumps...good selection and reasonable prices of items in store...open 24 hours daily..7 days a week...pleasant staff behind register...well lit up for lighting and safety...pay air pump and pay vacuum pump available...”
“Too expensive!! I know these small convenient stores charge more than grocery stores but i noticed a lot of these stores run by one of, different ethnic background seem to charge quite a bit more than others. & also depending on whos working @ the time prices always vary ea visit! Charge u what they want ea time! Most stores if total comes to 2.01$ or $2.02, $2.03, they take from penny bowl. No they dont do that. They want u to pay the exact amount! But wont give back when its your change. Ive even had them not give back when change was a nickle! That can add up after a while. Nites I have driven by & their closed already! Or when in store thell say hurry hurry cuz your out of their site! I just dont care for the stinginess & changing prices when they feel like it! They r nice enough there..when u have reg neighborhood loyal costumers. Treat them w some respect! Dont try to get over on them! Makes u not want to go there!!”
“Been coming here for 5 years for gas and things, I purposely leave everything but the money I need in other words just what I'm wearing and My card, I'm looking for peanut m&ms and this woman approaches me at the counter asking me if I "took something. Lol I emptied my pockets to show her I did not, but know pride just lost a customer.”

“The gas station is nice, however if you get food at the drive through you will not be disappointed. Danny has made my orders plenty of times and the food everytime I go there and it's better than restaurant food.. he 100% deserves a raise. He's cooking is superb!!!?? 100% Recommend the food there!!!!”

“5 stars just because the guy working paid attention. His name tag said George. I’ve been to so many of these car washes and the people waving me to pull in don’t even look at me or my vehicle. They just blindly wave me to pull forward and just spray what seems to be my license plate. But George made eye contact with me made sure the other car was in before waving me in, others keep waving me in even though I’m about to hit the car in front of me. I just felt he deserved recognition.”

“Besides many Cumberland farms gas stations,Somes are good,this one it's one of those,nice plp,attentive workers,great costumer service,I have just good words for this stableshiment,but my good review goes almost all in the dedication of the night crew,today JULY,11,THURSDAY OF 2024,I have just appreciation for this night crew,besides the Cumberland in state street in front of Walgreens,thay stole my phone inside this gas station and no one took actions for more help me,it's a shame,owners trying to get costumers and this rat nest on state street just trowing the name of Cumberland farms on the flour with them...

“Great Store. Prices are so affordable. Have everything I need for grocery. Renovated very nicely. Owners very approachable and kind-hearted. So glad this place is right by where I live. I feel like John got issues or something. Like if every homeless person went into stores begging for food, then they might as well feed most of Springfield. Like how u gonna run a business if you giving away things for free. They probably get homeless people at their door everyday, and at one point, you just gotta say no. They are not a homeless shelter. John you trippin. The Indian owners have only showed me respect. I will stay a loyal customer. They are the best. JOHN: its called gulf btw not shell, so maybe check your facts before you go talking”

“With an outstanding Manager who always Welcomes all with her tremendous sense of humor along with sn incredible work ethic that keeps that store running NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS..I have seen many INTENSE interactions Customers coming in with a chip on their shoulder( s) taking it on the staff..mean words uttered many times at this INCREDIBLE CREW..( uncalled for )Professionally handled no matter what is literally thrown at them.The store is ALWAYS well kept..well stocked..and this even during the beginnings of COVID the store always had TOLIET PAPER. PAPER TOWELS ETC..KUDOS ON THAT..ESPICALLY IN CHICOPEE MA AT THAT TIME..where you couldn't find any of these products anywhere..here I find them at my favorite Gas Station..The STAFF always goes out of their way to help each customer with a friendly hello and a smile.I recommend this SUNOCO for all your auto gas needs and all other IE. snacks cat dog food even litter..a fantastic choice of snacks.You really should check out this fantastic store with their OUTSTANDING TEAM..I haven't seen this kind of team work in some time.”

“I love SHELL! The people are so nice and helpful. They have such a great variety of things there. For instance I stopped in for gas and I saw an ashtray (I needed one badly) and I was like "YES!" and I also bought a drink and snacks as well. There's a D & D in there if you like them (personally I don't), too. It's a great gas station.”
