“To me, the BEST. We live nearby in Longmeadow and have had a Minivan, Altima and two Mercedes repaired at Felix's with varying degrees of damage. Bill is a superior mechanic. They are organized, timely, super fastidious and very skilled. Paint work is excellent. Most importantly, this shop is fair with pricing and honest as the day is long. Some of these we paid out of pocket and they knew how to keep the costs down. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Also, great detail shop.”

“I went in the other day to grab a few things and was pretty happy with how clean and organized the place was. Shelves were stocked nicely and I found what I needed quick. The cashier was friendly and even cracked a small joke, which made my morning better. Prices seemed fair for a convenience store, maybe a little higher on a few items but nothing crazy. The coffee station looked fresh and well kept too. Overall, a good spot to grab snacks or essentials when you’re in a hurry.”

“Fisrt time here. Had an emergency and needed new electrical cable's for the trailer. Well stocked and a lot of inventory and spare parts friendly employees and prices were fair specially coming in the clutch with what i needed to get back on the road. There was plenty of parking and it was easy off and on off the highway. Very convenient location specially at 3 am where theres nothing else open.”
“First time to this gas station as they were giving away free gas for anyone in the healthcare field. Owner was greeting patrons at the entry way, he was very friendly and appreciative of essential workers. Told me he had given away 30k dollars worth of gas that day at that single location and they had the same deal at 7 other locations. I would simply return to this location because of the genuine kindness shown today, not only by providing free gas but also in the interaction with the owner. Thank you again!!”

“I've been going to this store for 2 years, 5 morning a week at about 5:20am, and the staff are always nice, the place has great coffee (much better and cheaper than DD across the X) and the place is usually well kept. Now, I admit the midmorning and afternoon crew are not always very friendly, but they have a couple long time people there that are great. But, I go for the coffee which is great.”
