“To me, the BEST. We live nearby in Longmeadow and have had a Minivan, Altima and two Mercedes repaired at Felix's with varying degrees of damage. Bill is a superior mechanic. They are organized, timely, super fastidious and very skilled. Paint work is excellent. Most importantly, this shop is fair with pricing and honest as the day is long. Some of these we paid out of pocket and they knew how to keep the costs down. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Also, great detail shop.”

“This place is soooo much BIGGER on the inside than it looks on the outside! Very clean and presentable inside as well! My only negative thought about the place is that I found it a little hard to get in and out of the parking lot. There's many places to parkand pull up for gas but the entryway is a bit small as the exit is included there too. Plus it's smack dab in a really busy section and curve right off the highway.. Since it's a great little place the traffic im and out is pretty busy as well! It's not great but it's not HORRIBLE either! And they've got traffic lights including the entry/exit of the store too to help make it safer to come and go. All in all I like it and my one complaint isn't a bad enough one to prevent me from shopping here again. I most definitely WILL! I suggest trying it out for yourself if you find yourself in the area!”

“Im in middle school and Ive lived right next to this gas station for years now and I love to come here with my friend or on my own before or after school for snacks or a pick me up drink definitely the best part of the year and the workers are nice and quick and its always well kept and air conditioned”
“I come here to get my car worked on. They saved my car plenty of times. I get oil changes to brake pads and rotors dones here. Prices are more than reasonable. They really know what they're doing. Very busy but worth the wait.”

“Not my normal station to purchase gas, but when you're chugging on fumes you do what you have to, get the gas you need to keep going with no interruptions. The prices are competitive (I have a 25 gallon tank), and the station was clean and neat as well as the pump area.”
“First time to this gas station as they were giving away free gas for anyone in the healthcare field. Owner was greeting patrons at the entry way, he was very friendly and appreciative of essential workers. Told me he had given away 30k dollars worth of gas that day at that single location and they had the same deal at 7 other locations. I would simply return to this location because of the genuine kindness shown today, not only by providing free gas but also in the interaction with the owner. Thank you again!!”
“My favorite gas station to go to! Pretty good service, friendly staff, and decent prices for all your needs, e.g. lottery, money gram, copying, and faxing. The wait time can be improved. Overall, I would return again.”
“To begin with, no one can enter without a face mask. The gas pumps are in optimal condition and the service and employees are excellent, what more could you ask for. Ha ha ha. Oh.”

“Excellent Service and Convenience!
I've been stopping by this Citgo for a while now and it's consistently a great experience. The gas pumps are always clean and working, and the prices are fair for the area. The convenience store is well-stocked with snacks, drinks, and essentials – perfect for a quick stop. Staff is friendly, fast, and helpful. It's clear they care about keeping the place tidy and welcoming. Highly recommend if you're looking for a reliable gas station and mart combo!”

“I don't know why the hours keep changing from 6am to 11pm (which is correct) to open 24 hours. Google needs to change the way they "verify" things. This store isn't "in Speedway" either. It hasn't been associated with Speedway since August 2021.”
“Great energy know the owner from the convenience store at the old terminal. Excellent customer service, big store with variety of chips, juice to select from. Great set up with 2 cash registers. And a lot of gas station pumps all newly modified.”

“$3 for a shower and 4.99 if you want to buy their towels. Overall I'd say the truck stopped as a very good job at keeping the place clean and tidy for both normal people and truck drivers alike. Food and prices are fair so I have no real complaints and only want to add 1 thing for the owner if they see thi
Consider redoing the floors of your showers as they have degraded over time and I can see their age. I used to work for a company called bath fitters and Get pretty good price stealings for redo from the showers and baths and the like.
Please keep up your wonderful work

“My family and I have been going to and referring Mike and his shop for YEARS! He is fair, honest, and always gets the job done efficiently and excellently. As we know it's HARD to find a trusting service place, but this shop literally leaves no room for worries about the service you're receiving.”
