“This laundromat, which i've been using for many years, recently changed hands, and, while I had nothing bad to say about the prior owners who retired, these new (very friendly) proprieters really go above and beyond. They offer pickup and delivery, which i love, being a non-driver. I even got my clothes back earlier than scheduled, in a nice new strong laundry bag! Their prices are VERY reasonable and their service is impeccable. 5 stars, HIGHLY recommended!!!”

“I have used this cleaner twice, they we very helpful and thorough.The reason for 4 stars is for a couple of reasons:1. I brought in a jacket to relocate the buttons on the sleeves. There was an issue, and I was not told until I came in to pick it up. Had to wait another week. Need better communication.2. You have to pay cash for alterations. The cleaner should bill the client and pay their vendor the cash they are requesting?Other than above, I believe the prices and customer service are excellent.”

“I live in West Springfield near the Westfield line and since I fell upon this place, I make the drive to come here ??. This has to be the most cleanliest laundromat I ever been too. It’s not overcrowded like some others, and it has a peaceful and serene atmosphere to it. The owners are great and super friendly ?. You can get your laundry done, while doing homework for school, catching up on your favorite Netflix series; with no one to bother you or you having to look over your shoulder. They also have guides/signs everywhere to clear up any confusion with how to use the machines. They even offer laundry services if you just want to drop off. I highly recommend this place, even though I’d like to gate keep it for myself ?.”

“Excellent service, the washer machine at my place broke down and left my clothes wet and unwashed, thankfully Laundromax at Allen st was open, the guy that works night shift was so helpful and willing to advise me on anything that I needed, he told me he’s name but I am so sleep deprived that I don’t remember but big shout out to that guy! Thank you for all your help. All this happened at 2 o’clock in the morning ?”

“Quick, clean, and it opens early in the morning. My dryer broke right before I had to go to work and I was in a bit of a pinch. I was able to go here and my clothes were dry right in time. They also have a quarter dispenser which is helpful as well.”

“I went to Laundromax for the first time today. I got there at around 6:15am. There were two gentlemen sitting quietly watching the machines spin. I bought and loaded up a Laundromax card which was pretty straightforward and sat and read my book while my clothes washed. The machines were pretty fast and the dryers were free which is awesome. They dried pretty well. I had to dry my comforters twice, but no big deal. It was very clean and the young lady who was working there was very friendly. It was pretty quiet there for the most part, except for one rather ghetto gentleman talking kind of loud on speaker on his cellphone. But by the time that started I was about on my out at 9:00am. Overall it was a good experience and I will go back. I would only go in the morning though, the experience may likely be very different on weekends or afternoons.”

“I been coming here for a long time the previous owners was Bonnie n Chi. They are awesome people, they sold the business to a young couple name Luis & Rose. The previous owners showed the new owners how to keep up with the work. Rose & Luis are doing a great job keeping up with the hard work Bonnie & Chi did. Right now the new owners are remodeling the laundry/Dry cleaners. Besides everything else they are doing a great job to keep us customers happy. “I am impressed by this dry cleaning store- I brought in last month a cotton jacket and bathroom shower curtain that are dry clean only. Both had old stains and they even wet washed it to remove them completely. They go out of their way to get the job done immaculately. Now I can still proudly wear my old jacket which looks brand new.”

“Mirkins is an AWESOME dry cleaner. They have great service (from dry cleaning, to sewing and repairs), friendly owner and staff, and very flexible on pickup time from quick to normal few days. And best of all, they have very reasonable prices. I drive 25 miles to there location and i would not use any other dry cleaner. THE BEST!”

On the weekends it can be very busy at times with some very inconsiderate people, but the owners have nothing to do with that. Overall pretty good place to suds your duds (lol)”
