“I've used Laundromax (Springfield Plaza) twice during my stay in Springfield, Mass. and it was great both times. The first time, the attendant Tabari was a big help and the second time, attendant Mike was! I appreciated how clean and dry my clothes were and was especially grateful for free drying! It was my first time to use the Clean Card instead of coin and I couldn't believe how easy and efficient it was. No more having coins fall, jam, or return! Laundromax was great for my laundering needs and I'm glad I found this place.”

“Place was a mess when I got here. But can not blame it on the ladies watching the place as the customer's for the most part seem like they could care less about it. Anyway the staff were very kind and I hope the customer's will start picking up after themselves.”

“We had my daughter's prom dress altered. It was taken in and helped. The woman who helped us was extremely kind and helpful. My daughter wanted to keep the part that was cut off from the hem to make a hair bow. The lady commented jewelry to match might be hard to find and suggested a choker possibly with a piece of an old earring from a grandmother or such. My daughter was so in love with this idea and we did just that. We found the price very agreeable and it was done in a good time. Just a week. Also got a coat rezippered here as well. It's out go to place for these things.”
