“I’ve never personally dealt with this company but I cannot say enough about the driver who stopped yesterday to offer help after my mattress went flying off the back of the pick up truck. He didn’t hesitate to stop and offer assistance to my parents and I. In this day and age this doesn’t happen to often unfortunately and out of all the people who drove by your driver and one other young kid were the only two to stop! This says a lot about the staff you hire and have working for you! What a kind human! People are quick to post the negatives rarely the positives. People like this man restore your faith in humans. Today was the first time that I was very surprised regarding the conditions inside the Laundromat today. EVERY barrel was packed to the very top with trash, there was no soap in the restroom. What's up with this Laundromat Express???”
“We had my daughter's prom dress altered. It was taken in and helped. The woman who helped us was extremely kind and helpful. My daughter wanted to keep the part that was cut off from the hem to make a hair bow. The lady commented jewelry to match might be hard to find and suggested a choker possibly with a piece of an old earring from a grandmother or such. My daughter was so in love with this idea and we did just that. We found the price very agreeable and it was done in a good time. Just a week. Also got a coat rezippered here as well. It's out go to place for these things.”
