“Update: It has been a few months since my previous 3 star review. And I'm happy to report that with my more recent interactions I have seen improvement and they do a much better job at responding and replying to requests. Service isn't perfect, but something has changed for the better. When I have had issues...it's usually my doctor's office that has messed up. Congratulations to the pharmacy staff on the improvements.
The right hand doesn't seem to know what the left hand is doing. And management doesn't do anything to correct the issues.”
