Diamond was a freaking dream. They were understanding of my retahdid ways and the need to clip my $4 expiring that day coupon.. I mean halloo? They got it. Wicked sweet, professional, warm and just did their job, and did it well. Def would stop by just to visit and say whuddap nvm if I needed something and was nearby JS.
Neveah- very similar tbh.. I was at this location probably 10 mins total, a few of those mins I probably asked 5 questions and Neveah was wicked kind and informative. Was multi tasking putting inventory away as I asked, but was no doubt that I had her full attention. Very productive, hardworking and well ran team. Love to see it. THEY DESERVE A GOOD RAISE. INFLATION? UH HELLO?”
“I never post reviews but this pharmacy truly is the best. Someone complaining about long hold times is unreal.
Try calling CVS pharmacy, THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE.
I started coming here 2 years ago. They always answer my calls and they always deliver my prescriptions in a timely manner. They trust me to pay the bill once its delivered (which I will always do).
My medication is always in stock and the staff is always friendly.
Whoever was complaining about having to wait. This world doesnt revolve around you. These people truly do care. Ill drive an hour out of my way if I have to.
Never again will I go to CVS or Walgreens. I tell everyone I know how awesome this pharmacy truly is.”

“I love my CVS the one in 600 State Street in Springfield I've been going to the store to the pharmacy for a long long time the only thing that has changed a lot of stealing from the people from the street the homeless but I use drugs that's no good but now they have a security guard everything is better now good job for you for the CVS I love this store communicate with everybody and the employees they excellent in the pharmacy they have my medicine everything is perfect I love the coupons oh yeah I cannot forget about the coupons they helped me a lot and everything that I buy the coupons that works for me thank you”

“I have been a loyal customer of Walgreens for years. Both here in Massachusetts and when I lived in Florida. Never had a complaint. However; the Walgreens on St James, Chicopee, MA seems to have kinks in their pharmacy hours. Several times when I needed my medication, the pharmacy would be closed without notice. Then they cut their hours!! The staff was great and they had no control whatsoever over pharmacy hours. But they just became too unreliable. So. I switched to the Carew, St pharmacy in Springfield and it’s been smooth sailing!! Excellent customer service! Thank you!!”

“I work in healthcare and have a patient who needs a medication asap. I called Baystate, and the representative (Linda?) was kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and proactive. The patient is able to pick up the medication today which is a huge relief as they are traveling out of the country tomorrow. Amazing service!”
“I have used Walgreens on Wilbraham Road in Springfield MA for many years. Today was a typical experience.
I asked an employee stocking shelves where to find a thermometer. He walked me right over to where they were.
I had to check a script in Pharmacy. Tyler checked the status for me. Jerry, the pharmacist, came out to help me find an appropriate electrolyte supplement for my husband. (He’s had a fever, headache, etc but no Covid or flu for 5 days.) He showed me several products and answered my questions. Another pharmacy tech, Amanda, was there and has helped me many times in the past.
Kevin, very friendly, checked me out.
This is a small, but wonderful, local pharmacy. Highly recommend!”

“Today I went into the health center with a serious dental problem. For almost a week I was trying to see the dentist who originally did the work on my teeth but was unable to get a good appointment. But today I just went in and asked for the person in charge and he came out and he help set up a appointment for me today at 11:00am. I came back at 10:30 and they called me at 10:35. I had Dr. K and her assistant Lilly and they did a wonderful job. Thank you ladies. Dr.K repaired a serious cavity hole in my tooth and was able save my tooth for a couple more years. (I'm 65)
My mouth feels so much better. Thanks Caring Health Center for all your help. Special thanks to Mr. Jessie Ferguson and Supervisor Joe.”
