“From the time I walked into David’s the whole experience was way above expectations. I found my mother of the bride dress within 10-15 minutes with the help of a very knowledgeable consultant. First dress I put on I knew it was perfect before she even had it zipped up. What clenched the sale was the pockets in the dress, and the price. Way below what I had expected to pay. At the same time they scheduled an appointment for alterations for me. The woman who did the alterations was amazing. A week later I picked up the dress and it was better than I could have hoped for. I highly recommend David’s Bridal in West Springfield.”

“Me and my mom came here to buy my sister's kid a pair of sweat pants. It is a gift for Christmas. This place is a clothing store for little kids. They sell t shirts, jeans, sweaters, sweat pants, winter clothing for both girls and boys. They have all kind of different sizes to choose from for both little girls and little boys. The parking lot is big with handicap parking and handicap accessible entrance. They also have curbside pick up and online orders inside the store. The staff and employees are nice and friendly. The floors are clean. Also this place is inside the river Dale road shops. In west springfield Massachusetts.”

“Joe was very helpful and patient. He listened to what I needed. I had to find a shoe that would allow my special orthotic inserts to be used. I had gone to several stores but either they didn't have what I wanted. or the staff was too busy to help. Walmart was a joke. Joe took the time to ask questions on exactly what I needed. The shoes that I now wear ,with the inserts are 2 full sizes larger then what I had been wearing. Blisters are gone and it doesn't hurt to walk!”
“Went to find some sandals to fit my wonky feet. My friend was with me and she picked out these very European looking sandals. I was like heck no. But then Jen, the owner came over and I explained my problems with my feet and she said yes, those are very good with removable footbeds to place orthotics if need be in the sandals. Well I bought not one, but two pairs of sandals by the Danish brand Wolky. They offer great heel support with a deep heel cup. They're very comfortable. And I appreciate the great service. I will be back for other shoes for the winter.”
