“This theatre is clean and the staff has always been friendly! Every now and again you encounter the occasional disruptive movie go-er, but that is not necessarily this theatre's fault. My worst experience here was recently when halfway through a movie an older man walked in and came up to my seat, almost tripped on top of me and touched my upper leg. He became convinced I was in his seat… which I was not. He kept repeating “this is my seat” talking over the movie. His ticket showed he had booked a different seat number and was clearly confused. I tried to explain this but he would not listen. I moved so he could take the seat I was in to avoid more of my movie being disrupted. LOL”

“I have to give credit where credit was due the staff was beyond friendly and their attention to cleanliness was above and beyond and any special needs u may have the staff will do everything they can to accommodate u
Any minor issues were quickly addressed
One very minor note they provide fee laundry service and even provide complimentary laundry soap and fabric softener which u typically don't see which in my work schedule was very convenient unlike other hotels needing quarters which obviously isn't always easy to get
Just check the dryer lint collector
Because of me having stricter guidelines to dry my laundry longer than usual due to sensitive skin I always check the collectors because that is a very common over looked step
There was substantial lint in the collector which I emptied and informed the staff but again very minor issue
So I'll definitely request my company to book at this location because I'm confident you won't find a better hotel with all the amenities that definitely by far get the job done nicely

“We had a wonderful stay at Candlewood Suites. While the building is a bit dated and there’s only one elevator, those minor inconveniences were easily outweighed by the great experience overall.

The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and attentive, and the complimentary cookies were such a nice touch. Our room was exceptionally clean, with crisp sheets, comfortable pillows, and—my personal favorite—a fantastic shower with excellent water pressure.

The location was convenient and felt safe. Overall, a very pleasant stay and an easy five stars from us!”
