    “We visited the LLBean Hudson store on 16th November to buy Bean Boots for me and my wife, and JT was incredibly helpful. This was our first time buying Bean Boots, and he took the time to make sure we got the perfect size and felt comfortable. He was very professional, patient, and went above and beyond. We also picked up a few other items during our visit. We’ve been to this store a few times and always had good experiences. However, this time the checkout counter didn’t feel very welcoming — the cashier seemed a bit distant, and the warm smile or connection was missing. It may have just been our feeling, but it stood out. Overall, JT made our visit great, and I would give him a full 5/5 for his excellent service.”

Although I ultimately ended up buying a dress from somewhere else, I knew from that brief experience that they would do excellent job with any alternations I needed. My prom was in a couple of weeks and they were able to have the dress altered in time. Additionally, when my mother and I arrived to pick up the dress, there were still a few minor adjustments that were needed; but Lorna was able to finish them so fast that I was able to still pick up the dress that afternoon.”

    Primark added two states to its U.S. map in six days, then stalled in Augusta. The value retailer opened its first Minnesota store on Sept. 3 at Mall of America in Bloomington, close to 35,000 square feet stocked with Minnesota Vikings gear through the chain's NFL partnership.
