“Perfect for when you need something in a rush and don't want to drive to Ayer. They don't have all the big stuff like doors and cabinets that the other location has but they definitely have the essentials and more. They are old school enough to be closed on Sundays and evenings, which I think is a bit inconvenient and a lost business opportunity for them. The staff are always helpful, and have offered to order things that they didn't have in stock.”

“I called last minute ( 3 days ahead) to get 7 large tables for our local Tag Sale. They were fairly priced and they dropped off and picked up-- also they were happy to call me a half hour ahead since it was not at my house. Their prices were 15% less than the 2 others companies I called in the next town...AllStar's crew was pleasant and helpful. Very pleased.”
“Thus is he way a lumber yard should be run. No need for a "Pro Desk". No pushing an overloaded cart around the store and then into a crowded parking lot to load into your truck. Tell the person what you need, get loading ticket, take your truck to the yard, and you and a yard man load up your order. Simple and efficient.”

He showed us what was needed to make the repair and gave instructions on how to do it. My husband had to go back a couple of times to get additional materials. William was there helping my husband every time. He went above and beyond! Everything my husband needed was in stock. The job got completed. Thank you William!”

“I get my mowers and snow blower serviced at Robinson's in Framingham. They've always done great work and return the equipment quickly. They also clean it! I have them pick-up and drop-off which is huge since I don't have a truck. It costs a little extra but is worth it.They even once picked up my girlfriend's grandparent's snow blower even though they are technically out of range. Now that's wanting to help!The service department is knowledgeable and friendly. I bought my Honda mower here, and will continue to support them any way I can.I have also rented a portable generator from the Hudson store when they didn't have it at Framingham, and they are just as awesome there!I love supporting this small business because they are so focused on helping me. That's hard to find at big box stores.”

“Most if the store seems very well organized and well stocked although some of their product seems to be relatively slow to restock when it runs out. I wish they had a better spray paint supply as well.Employees are all very friendly and helpful. I have had zero negative experience with employees and they have all gone out if their way to help and talk with me, especially the ones working self checkout and the paint department.The only reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5 for me is the lack of employees. There are times where it can be difficult to find anyone that isn't stationed at self checkout.”
“I’ve visited Westborough Lowe’s so many times! We’re in a bathroom renovation process, visiting there frequently and we’ve had good experiences there recently! I went to pick some hangers and I think the employee’s name was Ryan who has provided excellent advice on selecting the right materials for installing hooks into the tiles, which our contractor confirmed were exactly what was needed. And another day Ali assisted me in repurchasing the materials that I picked wrong and facilitated the return process, ensured me completed my shopping quickly and made it to my destination on time. I’ve had a couple more purchases in store and the personnel was always nice and helpful!”

“Horrible service. I was in the area so I thought I would check on my order. After waiting 20 minutes to be acknowledged as the pick up desk, I was informed that my order has not even been started. Not a big problem it had only been 90 minutes. My problem lies with the attitude of the service desk. I was informed that it wasn't my fault that I can't read the email that said to wait, nor was it my fault that they had 21 other orders. Again I didn't care that it wasn't ready I just happen to be driving by... To save myself some time and it's not clogged up there pick up area thought I'd see if it was ready we're close. A gentleman that printed it out and half the way to go pick it, and then proceeded to talk to another Associates about my literacy was definitely uncalled for. It is quite evident that Lowes does not value their customers, and the associates think that for items is a large order. Had he taken a moment to listen to me, he would've known that he did not need to drop everything, rush off in a huff, and I would've return tomorrow to get the merchandise. I don't think it's right to ever make a customer feel like they're inconveniencing the employees, nor do I think it's right for the employees to make the customer feel humiliated. Epic fail Lowe's on a $1K order.Update:returned today to receive order. A shout out to Kurt! Super nice guy. Almost made up for the associates yesterday. I'll chalk it up to busy season for them.”
“Went for an hardwood floor estimate and had a bad experience. Other experiences are good overall with helpful staff. Neatly maintained store. Awesome collection. All questions are usually answered. Would definitely go back for more shopping of plants and general household supplies.”

“I buy paint there. since national lumber switched over to california paints I buy my ben moore paints at aubuchon. Its a good store locally and I hope contractors can get the products they want from there. I hope aubuchon keeps investing in improving the paint dept. in the clinton store. All my painting contacts want to make the store to buy from in central ma.”
