The place is clean ,well stocked and the animals are very well cared for . The live food is top quality . So much better than the chain stores . “I love that we have this small pet supply store in our town (Billerica) the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The store is clean and well maintained. What I need is always in stock and I have a variety of pets with varying needs, from a turtle, lizard, snail, hamster and cats.”
“Has 1 person that works there that is extremely helpful the most information I've gotten that was helpful in any of the pet co locations I've been in and I've been going to Petco for years I forget his name but he has a long orange ponytail down to his butt and he's really really informative”

“We love Fetch It! We will not take our 135lb Great Dane anywhere else! Gage is always happy, calm and smells fantastic when we pick him up. He normally gets anxious leaving our property … going to the vet… or just being separated from us. He does not do well behind closed doors or in crates -he escapes! However…No anxiety with Fetch It! We will be back again and again. ”
“I come to this location almost every week for the same item I rarely ask for help but I know they have many ways to check if they have a product available in store not been on the regular shelves. now as a person who works on the costumer services industry I think Emma should definitely work on hers. If you are busy or don’t want to help send the costumers to another associates or at least avoid look at them like they are annoying you. on the other side I would really like to thanks Jake for approaching very nicely offering help and find the exact product I was looking for in a minute!”

“Had a really pleasant experience at my first visit here! Trying to explore some more fish stores in the area. Owner was very kind and incredibly knowledgeable- I loved that he knew where every single animal and plant came from, and he worked with local breeders. A great place to support your community! And some pretty neat little finds you don't get at box stores.”
“Petco Vaccination clinic, it was way better than when we went to a Vetco Clinic. A lot cheaper and the folks were really AWESOME at the Waltham store.
Vetco, different story. They messed my dog up and I'm still waiting on what you all are going to do. You say he has Lyme after a blood test, then, you give him meds and shots, i paid a lot of money. You schedule a follow up for 10 days later for what you said was his final Lyme shot but i went there for nothing because you were closed that day. You get that? You have me come back on a day your closed lol. So, i had to go back the next day, when i got there i was told i can't see the vet today. Well, before i left i seen the SO-CALLED VET LOL. Now i was told he doesn't have lyme and doesn't need the final shot. I'm really mad at this point. How do you not know what is going on? I still don't know if he has it or not because i can't afford to have him retested cause i have no money left. Ive called them and they won't talk with me and never call me back. What are you hiding? Now i know why my best friend Wesly was treated so bad and for something he didn't have. They don't care, if they did, we wouldn't have been treated like that and they would have at the least call me.
2 employees in the store part of the business heard my mouth and the commotion and after i left they came to me and confirmed how bad they are there. They told me they would never bring their pets there. Never going back nor is anyone i know ever going back after my poor pup was handled like a piece of meat for them to make money. I will never let this go and will keep telling everyone, until they make it right. I'm at the dog parks several times a day telling everyone. They won't even contact me.
I used my disability money for that you know. You don't love animals, and you robbed me, a disabled person. So sad!

“I've had a great experience each time I've been to Wag N'Wash. The workers are all wonderfully kind and helpful and my dog sure loves visiting. They have a great selection of pet products and they're part of a recycling program for food bags that is pretty neat. I'll definitely be back.”
