“The CVS in Concord, MA is like almost every other CVS: they have the standard products, a pharmacy, give out vaccinations, etc. The pharmacists are generally very good. The clerks are fine, too. People are complaining for no reason here - you are going to a retail pharmacy, not booking a room at the Ritz Carlton.”
“The Acton pharmacy is exceptional. Great care was taken to find the best price. My experience at Concord Walgreens was less. Staff was polite, but not accommodating regarding coupons or reward pricing. I'm only having my prescriptions filled at Acton Walgreens.”

“I have been a customer of this store for 40 years using the pharmacy and retail store. The pharmacy staff is top notch! The pharmacists always provide helpful information when asked and the addition of the voice mail for questions is promptly answered within an hour. The techs are professional and patient… important for older clients.
The front desk staff are efficient and patient. When asked for help finding an item if busy, they direct another staff member to to that task in a reasonable amount of time. They are truly the best!”

Then so many wonderful years with Diane and we love love that her voice lives on with the after hours answering machine! Now the latest team is just as amazing!
