“What a surprise find!! Exceptional variety of books and gifts; gorgeous old home made into a store. This is the kind of old bookstore where the broad floorboards creak as you walk on them and you can smell the history in the air of this charming and book-lovers dream shop. It felt like I was on a movie set, to be honest. Dark old wood built-in cabinets, sheves and gorgeous old railings...Lots of old books, too- I mean OLD books, that make you gasp when you see them... just living happily among the shiny new releases.
The staff is so warm and friendly, very engaging and looked me in the eyes when I spoke, which felt so nice, being hundreds of miles from home, wandering around a very unfamiliar place.
Definitely coming back here, and this time, I'm taking pictures.

“Semi-small selection catering to sci fi readers and young adult/fantasy. A good amount of Cape Cod writers, as well. To be expected from a little local store. I went in (against my personal moral policy)15 minutes before they closed and asked about the Chronicles of Narnia. The clerk was not only helpful, but enthusiastic that someone was asking about a classic and willing to put down the money for it. In perspective, that entire full-illustrated series in a hardcover case was less than any new video game from the company which shall not be N-amed.

“Stopped in here for the first time today and had an amazing experience! The staff was so kind and welcoming and have an incredible knowledge of their inventory. They were able to help me find the exact comics I was looking for and directed me to book areas they thought would interest me. Such a friendly atmosphere and a wonderful staff!
