“We happened to find Diehl Marcus & Co while in Salem in October. I have never really drank tea but was curious to try as they had such a variety. The employee (Luke) gave me recommendations and sent me home with 3 samples. I absolutely LOVE the Cottage Comfort and have now become a daily tea drinker. “The staff here was super helpful and friendly. They had a huge selection of solid wood furniture. They even buffed out a few scratches before delivery and made sure everything looked great. Delivery was quick and the two men who delivered were friendly and prompt. Highly recommend!”

I had ordered a floral arrangement and when there was a problem, they offered a refund or a new arrangement. The new arrangement, delivered within 24 hours, was more beautiful than the first!! “We have been to Salem so many times, and somehow I never noticed this incredible shop until this past weekend, and now it is my new very favorite store! It is an absolute wonderland of beauty, and is filled with items to delight those of us with quirky little vintage souls. My whole family loved it so much that we stopped in, shopped, and returned a second time for a few more items when we were leaving. I'm already daydreaming about my next trip there so I can stockpile more whimsical wares!”

“This store is attached in the back to two other stores, so you can go to oak+moss, spruce home and roost if you are in a wheelchair. Very nice employees helped me go through the back hallway so I could appreciate all of what each store had. Everything was so nice and we definitely bought our share of items. I would highly recommend if you are in a wheelchair and need extra help.”

“What an amazing shop to visit in Marblehead! I couldn't stop looking at all the colorful pottery as I visited with the personable owner, Joanne. The high quality products are simply beautiful. I had a hard time choosing, but finally decided upon a brightly colored bowl and a gorgeous lantern, The shop allows patrons to paint their own pottery. My next visit to Marblehead will include this hands on experience.”

“I happened to stop by this store by chance, being in the area and needed something. What I expected was a paint store with the usual help that one might expect, I.e., get some questions answered and that is it. What I pleasantly discovered was that Van and Angela, who are there most days at the paint counter, were the most helpful and eager staff I could have encountered, I might say in any kind of a retail environment. I was in the discovery phase of color selection and Van not only helped mix some colors, but went above and beyond and helped me with preparing sample color boards. I was not expecting them to be so accommodating and all the while with such pleasant attitude. I went back there several times, well out of the way for me, to narrow down my discovery and each time I received the same level of focused attention and courteous service. The color I ended up with was a very specific and delicate blend of three base colors and Van was superb in matching the sample to the larger quantity I needed. I also happened to engage with Heidi in their Wallpaper section, and she was equally helpful. This review is to let anyone know that if you want to just buy paint and move on, any place might do. But, if you want great service and friendly help, then this particular store is the place to stop by.”

He got a large piece I ordered in my car with no scratches and then took the time out to explain the product to me and all its features. “I went to this place on a Friday evening. The store owner, Joanne was super kind and came to the store and opened it for me even though she had to walk her dog. She had beautiful paintings she made all around and pretty cards she painted on as well. Her items were of excellent quality and I got a nice beanie and scarf and handmade soaps from there. Overall, she's wonderful and I'm happy she's one of 9 women owned businesses in the area. I'd recommend this to be a must visit.”

“Frankie, the sales associate was very pleasant. He took the time to go over different options and made sure that we tried each one out. He thoroughly explained the benefits of each mattress and frame combination.
Edie, the store manager also offered support through text and phone calls to make sure that we had all of the information that we needed to make our decision.
We are very happy with the bed that we chose. It is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever had. The many adjustments available make it possible to tailor both sides of the bed to both of us individually.
Overall, it was a good experience purchasing the bed and an even better one sleeping on it every night.”

I got a Creature From The Black Lagoon print as well as some beetles in amber and brass dinosaurs. That just tells you the variety! The owner was very nice and personable! Everything was very reasonable in price. :)”
