“We recently had Ital Marble design and install a marble fireplace surround in our home, and we couldn't be more pleased with the result. Kelly, the designer, was fantastic from the start. She really took the time to understand our vision and expertly matched the marble to the style of our house, helping to bring the design to life. Her knowledge of the inventory was impressive, and she provided thoughtful recommendations throughout the process.
The turnaround time was quick, and the installation team was professional. While the initial fit wasn't quite what we had envisioned, Ed, the owner, was quick to address our concerns. He personally came out to review the project, made valuable revision suggestions, and oversaw the adjustments to ensure everything was perfect. The final result exceeded our expectations – our fireplace surround is absolutely stunning.
Overall, we are thrilled with the quality of the work and the level of service we received from Ital Marble. Highly recommended!”

Nicole assisted us with with fixture selections for our kitchen, primary bath and powder room. During construction, Nicole was incredibly responsive, as field issues arose, to help us find alternative solutions and control costs. Get to this showroom and work with these folks. You'll be glad you did.”

“I usually don't write reviews, but I have been so pleased and impressed with EVERYONE I've dealt with at Peabody Supply that I truly wanted to write a review. I am in the middle of a major bathroom remodel, acting as my own general contractor (never again!) and I have had to rely heavily on guidance from my plumber and staff at plumbing supply companies in my search for product. Peabody Supply is hands-down, the best company I have dealt with. I give them 5 stars for customer service, knowledge, quality, and price. Heather Reed in the Peabody location is a true pro and has been a delight to work with. The same can be said about Nick Lowery in the Kinston office. In fact, other staff that I talked to briefly by phone or in person have been great. From this day forward, they are my one and only plumbing supply source.”
“We were treated with courtesy and a professional approach to choices of fixtures for our bathroom and where price points were extra extravagant, but desirable, we were shown less expensive alternatives, which were styled similarly. This is a quality organization. Deb and Lauren were very nice and we enjoyed a good relationship with them throughout the process.”
“I really deeply love this store. I love the product selection, style, and the people who work here. Wayfair has major issues with their warehouse though. Multiple items have come missing parts and therefore we have been unable to receive our proper white glove delivery we have paid for. The staff of the store are not given adequate power to expedite or fix problems with these deliveries. Every aspect of the Wayfair chain is independent from one another, and this seems to cause issues. The fact that I can still give 4 stars is a testament to how much I like the brick and mortar store.”
“Stopped by to get something to solve a tricky issue with a pipe while trying to connect my dish washer. The people working there are knowledgeable and we're very open to helping me. They ended up suggesting a simple solution for what I was looking for. I ended up getting a stop valve that was a better choice for what I was doing. The valve was of great quality, better than the ones I found at the warehouse style hardware stores.”

“I definitely felt relief here compared to the big box stores like home depot or lowes who often ran out of staple items and have them in disarray. Here i found 3/4" ball valves for radiators, nipples and couplings (though they didn't have a hex coupling).They close early and during the week only, that makes it challenging for private parties but also for mom and pop plumbers who can't focus on job and push part replenishing activities for after hours.The prices are surprisingly reasonable !You will not get much store help though. Checkout process can be lengthy and there's always a line, keeps help people off the aisles to help.Return policy is great if you don't use the parts.”
“These guys are amazing. I called customer service when the item I was holding out on buying sold out online, and the operator figured out which stores were still carrying my pumpkin punch bowl and gave me the phone number for this and another store. Not only were the people at this store super helpful, they didn't charge me full price which more than offset the price of shipping. I don't know if it was already on their sale rack at the actual store, but they could've easily charged me full price especially since the item never went on clearance online. And it arrived at my door step in just a few days. Great store! Great people! Great products!”
