“I scheduled an appointment on a Sunday afternoon via the website for a 8AM appointment the next day... I was a bit skeptical as late Sunday and no human verification made me question the availability in real time. I was pleasantly surprised when I showed up at 8AM, and was serviced right away. My car was taken in shortly there after and completed within 30 min. I had an alignment done, given the spec's or the alignment and the steering wheel was straight and tracked perfectly. “Amazing, professional, and pretty damn quick. Great group of folks working at this location. Easy to schedule appointment after your purchase tires. Always satisfied. They are always busy with customers at the desk so better to show up in person versus trying to call. I was able to drop my care off, run a few errands, and by the time I was done, so was my car.”
“Gotten my Four tires done this morning. BJ's make it easy for me to order tires and set appointments for them to install. appointment was for this morning get in and out within 30 minutes. Free coffee and water while you wait in the waiting area or do your little shopping inside BJ's itself. Definitely will order from BJ's again and have install in this same place. Awesome job.”
