He is very knowledgeable and helpful. He is patient and doesn’t get annoyed if you’re not so savvy with technology. Victor walks you through the steps of setting up your phone and breaks down the pricing so you get the best package for your needs. A+++ I hope he never leaves Verizon!”

“I've been a Verizon customer for nearly ten years and this is my go to location. Recently I purchased a new I Phone and I couldn't make calls nor use the apps. A message came up that it was not activated and to contact your carrier if this problem continues to occur. I work in Warwick RI and went to the location nearby and that location was no help to me. After work I drove here and they diagnosed the problem and got my phone working. It was a defective SIM card. I highly recommend this location because of its knowledge staff and excellent customer service.”
