“I've been a Verizon customer for nearly ten years and this is my go to location. Recently I purchased a new I Phone and I couldn't make calls nor use the apps. A message came up that it was not activated and to contact your carrier if this problem continues to occur. I work in Warwick RI and went to the location nearby and that location was no help to me. After work I drove here and they diagnosed the problem and got my phone working. It was a defective SIM card. I highly recommend this location because of its knowledge staff and excellent customer service.”

“Just a warning, if you need to cancel an order (a new iPhone for me) you must go into the store and show ID. I get why, but there is nothing on the website telling you how to do this. Orders are so backlogged that I will be away when the phone is supposed to be delivered and I won't be back before the end of the turn in period for my current phone. I'll just wait a few months till the hype dies down. Pity though, I really wanted that great camera! PS Both Mike and Alex have been very helpful when I contact the store directly.”
