“Just a warning, if you need to cancel an order (a new iPhone for me) you must go into the store and show ID. I get why, but there is nothing on the website telling you how to do this. Orders are so backlogged that I will be away when the phone is supposed to be delivered and I won't be back before the end of the turn in period for my current phone. I'll just wait a few months till the hype dies down. Pity though, I really wanted that great camera! PS Both Mike and Alex have been very helpful when I contact the store directly.”
“Sia was the one who helped me and she made the whole process way easier than I expected. What really stood out was how fast everything was. I was in and out without being rushed and it also didn’t drag on forever like some phone store visits usually do. She explained my options clearly, answered all my questions without making it complicated, and handled everything efficiently. She wasn’t pushy at all didn't pressure me to buy all these things I don't need like these hungry salesmen nowadays She was just straightforward and helpful. You can tell she knows her stuff and actually cares about making it simple for the customer. The guy showed compassion as it was highly stressful. Even in the midst of me being a smart .*ss at first. “After deciding on leaving my prior carrier, we decided on T-Mobile for service. My husband and I went and were greeted by Keana. Let me tell you, she was so patient, thorough, kind and very detail oriented with explaining everything to us. She went above and beyond to assist me with getting the best plan for our family. We had to stop in another day due to the phones getting ordered, so the day came and she transferred both phones with no hesitation! Not to mention dealing with my 3 kids in there, Keana was wonderful!! I must say all other employees were all very respectful as well! Highly recommended!!”
“A few months back I had some issues with my gaming PC after switching out the GPU from a 3070TI to a 5070. The previous shop that installed it and claimed to have fixed the issue failed to do so after dropping hundreds of $$$ to try and fix it.
I brought my computer to Best Buy and the service there was great. I was able to switch out the card (within the timeframe of two weeks) in case it was a faulty card and they were able to solve the issue within a week.
The manager Richard was extremely patient with me during this stressful process (PC was well over a $2500 gaming rig) and was transparent every single step of the way. Even took the time to go through my PC to make sure all the files that were important to me, were to be saved and transfered over.
The staff there was kind and understanding and would give me updates via email and I haven't had any issues in the last few months since I got my PC back. Geek Squad was affordable too, an easy payment to switch out the cards, comb through every single possible issue it could be,hardware, software, etc and was able to get to the root of the problem.
I dont think I'll be bringing my PC anywhere else. Thank you!!!”

“Meri was beyond helpful, she sat there with me for about THREE HOURS (yes, you read that right) Three hours! And provide the best customer service I have ever received from a phone company, she was kind and informative and kept 100 percent professionalism while also taking care of other customers, she show true initiative and worked around all the problems brought before her from the boost “customer support” over the phone, she is a an employee that boost should look highly on, she sets the bar for other boost employees to meet.
