“Hey, it's a Walmart.. If you go there looking for "specialty store" customer service, you'll probably be disappointed..but I have to say, the majority of the time that I've asked for assistance, an employee has dropped whatever they were doing and taken me to find what I was looking for. As far as employee attitude..anybody who has ever worked in retail or with the public will tell you it's no picnic..people can be damned rude at times. Treat people with respect, and most of the time you'll get it back..as always, there are some exceptions... As far as the pharmacy, I've dealt with them for many years, and I find them as accommodating and efficient as any other place, better than some. When I walk in with a scrip, I've never had to wait more than a 1/2 hour..the hours that they close for lunch are prominently posted. Grocery prices are great, they do run out of stock on some items occasionally, but who doesn't? Again, it's a Walmart..we go there for low prices right? Lighten up people, it's not Bloomingdales..it is what is.. You get what you pay for...and all those other cliches”
