“I almost never write reviews, unless I'm prompted by having received outstanding service, which certainly was the case with the visit I received from American Appliance this week. The technician was on time and quickly diagnosed the issue with our electric range. Then he actually advised us AGAINST getting our range repaired, even though - of course - that is how their company makes money. Instead, he explained that the problem was indicative of the appliance likely starting down a path that would only lead to more repairs and he wouldn't feel right fixing this problem only to likely have to come back in mere months to address other issues. And on top of this advice, he even told us his suggestions on new models to purchase. Like everyone I hope not to have to need appliance repair, but now I know who I'll call if that need does arise again.”
“2/08/24 purchased a new Maytag top loader washer and gas dryer from NE Appliance. The salesman (Murray) was patient and very knowledgeable about all the various brands and options available with each set and models in the showroom. I was unsure of what brand to purchase other than I knew I wanted to go back to a top loader. AJ (shipping) arranged seamless delivery. John and Jimbo completed the delivery with amazing customer service and care of our home. The removal of old was quite challenging and they handled it very well and we are beyond thankful for the entire process. I whole heartedly recommend NE Appliance, Braintree”

“I can’t remember if I’ve already reviewed this company, but I don’t think I have recently. I first used Harrison Appliance over 15 years ago, when they were willing to deliver a washer and dryer up a very treacherous and narrow staircase when others weren’t. I’ve purchased three appliances from them in the past few years, and they have been exceptional. When you talk to Peter, he knows all the makes and models, and he will steer you away from a product if he doesn’t feel good about it. He knows where everything is manufactured and what specific issues some brand and models tend to have. He won’t try to upsell you. His delivery team always shows up on time, and they have been very professional. We recently had a dishwasher delivered and the appliance tech noticed a small dent in the door. They let us use it as is while we waited for a replacement door. I appreciate that they’re willing to work with your schedule and show up on time. Also, if you’re having any trouble with an appliance you bought from them, Peter will send someone over. You won’t get that from a big box store.”
“Have had Jim repair a couple of appliances in the past few years and I highly recommend him. He is very responsive and knowledgeable. He gets right down to work and seems to really enjoy troubleshooting and repairing appliances. He's always been able to figure out what was wrong pretty quickly. And his pricing is fair.”
“I delivered a load of pipe here. They were friendly and quick to unload me. The only issue is the turn to enter the facility is a nasty right that can be unnerving. Otherwise its one of the better deliveries in the Boston area.”

“I am not a people person at all. However, an employee named Pam (working in garden) was so helpful when explaining about mouse traps. She talked to me about the traps that save the mice instead of killing them! I would have never known if it weren’t for her suggestion. I had no idea there were things to deter them instead of killing them. She was so personable and I appreciated our conversation. Will definitely be back.”

“A great Home Depot, well-stocked and generally has everything you could need. Frequent visitor at their garden center. They're generally not too slammed, but I visited on Memorial Day weekend and it was SO busy. I feel like they were a bit understaffed that day, it was kind of hard to find someone to help me. But when I did, they were super helpful and friendly!”
