“I almost never write reviews, unless I'm prompted by having received outstanding service, which certainly was the case with the visit I received from American Appliance this week. The technician was on time and quickly diagnosed the issue with our electric range. Then he actually advised us AGAINST getting our range repaired, even though - of course - that is how their company makes money. Instead, he explained that the problem was indicative of the appliance likely starting down a path that would only lead to more repairs and he wouldn't feel right fixing this problem only to likely have to come back in mere months to address other issues. And on top of this advice, he even told us his suggestions on new models to purchase. Like everyone I hope not to have to need appliance repair, but now I know who I'll call if that need does arise again.”

“2/08/24 purchased a new Maytag top loader washer and gas dryer from NE Appliance. The salesman (Murray) was patient and very knowledgeable about all the various brands and options available with each set and models in the showroom. I was unsure of what brand to purchase other than I knew I wanted to go back to a top loader. AJ (shipping) arranged seamless delivery. John and Jimbo completed the delivery with amazing customer service and care of our home. The removal of old was quite challenging and they handled it very well and we are beyond thankful for the entire process. I whole heartedly recommend NE Appliance, Braintree”

“I can’t remember if I’ve already reviewed this company, but I don’t think I have recently. I first used Harrison Appliance over 15 years ago, when they were willing to deliver a washer and dryer up a very treacherous and narrow staircase when others weren’t. I’ve purchased three appliances from them in the past few years, and they have been exceptional. When you talk to Peter, he knows all the makes and models, and he will steer you away from a product if he doesn’t feel good about it. He knows where everything is manufactured and what specific issues some brand and models tend to have. He won’t try to upsell you. His delivery team always shows up on time, and they have been very professional. We recently had a dishwasher delivered and the appliance tech noticed a small dent in the door. They let us use it as is while we waited for a replacement door. I appreciate that they’re willing to work with your schedule and show up on time. Also, if you’re having any trouble with an appliance you bought from them, Peter will send someone over. You won’t get that from a big box store.”

“Excellent experience with Blue Hill Radio and Appliance. From start to finish I give 5+ stars. Purchasing from a family owned business definitely has many perks. Jack was fabulous and continuously said "we want you to be happy with what you purchase". Absolutely no sales pressure. Jack suggested I do more research and sleep on it. Removed my old washer and dryer and went above and beyond to accommodate me knowing the concerns I had with removal and delivery not being the same day. Jack was not only professional but very kind. Jim and Shaq (sp ?).........just WOW. Removing a washer and dryer from a second floor in a narrow space and then a narrow staircase that has a turn is no easy task. I saw first hand what it entailed and they did it with a smile and worked their magic. Delivery day couldn't have gone smoother. Jim continuously said "we want you to be happy with your purchase". Jim and Shaq treated me like family and not just a customer. Hands down this was the best experience I have ever had purchasing large appliances. Jim repeatedly said "any issues call us immediately". “The service was execllent! I walked right in and there were people at the door to help you, I didn't even have to do anything ahead of time. I was there for a Apple Watch Ultra 2-- and luckily the only one they had was EXACTLY my specs I wanted! The employees efficiently found what I asked for and I payed within minutes of arrving to the store! The reason I'm giving this fours stars is because the box that the Apple Watch Ultra 2 came in was a bit torn up on one side and had Sharpie writing on it; probabbly store policy. But this is because I really cared about the box. But if you don't mind the damage on any box, you'll have an amazing exprience with their great, fast, efficient customer service!”
