  Jane is the absolute best, she was so helpful and solution oriented. I had some issue with my online reservation and she did everything to help me out.

  Would give 0/5 stars if possible. Reserved a 6 person van, one hour before pickup, they tell us they only have a Chevy Malibu and made no effort to help us. Literally left us car-less for our family vacation.

  This is the worst rental agency i have opted for the unlimited tolls but these guys have not provided me with that they have overcharged. The very worst customer service and they dont have anything right. I would rate that as the worst. I dont recommend to any person and suggest to not to opt to this rental agency.
