“Our Enterprise experience started with our very positive interaction with Ms. Alexandra Asack, a pleasant young professional, who proved to be an outstanding representative for your company. Ten out of ten by any measurement. In addition, to Ms. Asack, the Nissan Altima was an acceptable vehicle. As I mentioned to my wife several time, we could have done a whole lot worse than that Altima. It served us well. Robert”

“I booked my rental online, but when I arrived, the counter attendant explained that the online system doesn’t check the actual inventory for that specific Hertz location. Because of that, there were no cars available even though I had a confirmed reservation. Teddy went above and beyond to help me. He found a way to get me into a vehicle that wasn’t even in the regular inventory rotation, and he did whatever he needed to do to make sure I wasn’t left without a rental. His effort truly saved the experience. Hertz should really fix their online reservation system, but Teddy deserves recognition for exceptional customer service.”

“Jane was EXCELLENT throughout the car rental process. Very polite and kind and respectful. This was one of the better experiences I’ve had with a rental car place, as in the past, I haven’t had great customer service at other rental places.”
