“This whole foods would get 5 stars if not for their wacky coffee bar staffing. One day you'll get friendly capable staff, the next day it will be someone who seems to have found a whole foods hat and apron in the trash and wandered in to stand behind the coffee counter, glaring at you, belwildered by your presence.

Other than that, my favorite whole foods.”

Kind of a weird parking lot flow. There's only 1 entrance at the right side of the building. So there's a bottleneck from the medians/curbs. It's better pulling into a spot earlier than driving str8 to the store and pushing through pedestrians.”

“I often make a pit stop here for a snack and lottery when taking the kids for a walk around the neighborhood. Staff is always very friendly and pleasant. My kids love going here because they always get asked by the clerks if they'd like a lollipop ?.”

“This location seems to have more stuff that I like compared to the one in Norwood. Norwood has great stuff as well but this location seemed to have different stuff that I liked for food. I wanted to do self check out but the line was long so I went into the register line I should have stuck with self check out. I kindly would like to ask the owner who sees my review would you be willing to speak to me privately about my experience that I had there? Because I really would like to speak to the manager about how the lady poorly mistreated me there. I strongly feel like she needs to be spoken to. I get it when someone has off days or feels upset at work I get it I’m going through stuff myself but at work people need to put personal problems aside and not take it out on customers. Please let me know if you will be willing to privately email me about this. It would mean a lot if you would be willing to hear what I have to say. Other than that I do love this location. Because after my interview I was able to come here next door instead of going all the way back to Shaws and I was able to go straight home from here. So I’m very glad you guys had a stop and shop near by for me to go to after my interview. But it’s just I felt bad how I got treated because some guy was creeping on me telling me how he believes saw me around saw me getting off the bus before in Norwood or saw me walking around Norwood I always have men harassing me especially black guys and I try to keep ignoring them they harass me trying to talk to me and then on top of all of that I didn’t deserve this lady giving me an attitude for complimenting her jewelry and her goth look. Don’t get me wrong normally I can ignore things sometimes what bothers me but sometimes stuff can affects me sometimes when people badly poorly mistreat me. Like I said other than that I do love this location.”

“I have been in for repairs for nails twice in the last 3 months. Rich has helped me both times and has been amazing. Quick, courteous and knowledgeable. Rich and his team are top notch. You don't see service like that often anymore. BJs has good deals on tires but I keep going back to Dedham because of Rich.”

“Customer service is always great; the store is organized with isles labeled and neat. Products are consistent and priced well. It's my go to place for certain items that the other wholesale store doesn't have. And it's never so crowded that I want to turn around and leave.”

“Love BJs. The customer service at the tire center at this location is rough. I've called them a total of 6 times in the last two weeks. Only once did they actually answer. One time, I heard someone pick up the phone and then they immediately put the call on hold. They never took me off hold—they just left me there with the elevator music. I think they were tired of listening to the phone ring.Maybe they are short-staffed, but they at least need some sort of voicemail to guide people who are calling the tire center.”
