One time, I heard someone pick up the phone and then they immediately put the call on hold. They never took me off hold—they just left me there with the elevator music. I think they were tired of listening to the phone ring.Maybe they are short-staffed, but they at least need some sort of voicemail to guide people who are calling the tire center.”
