“I just love it here ! They have cheap gas and plenty of parking ...... I bought a Kohler faucet and installed it and it worked perfect ! Then it was 1/2 off and I thought the receipt back and got the money ! It is the best place for SOME things. The staff at the returns are great and never any attitude. The food court is kinda nightmarish but you know that ! Now I can get a bottle of water instead of soda for 1.50 for a hotdog deal .... I am so impressed.”

“Love BJs. The customer service at the tire center at this location is rough. I've called them a total of 6 times in the last two weeks. Only once did they actually answer. One time, I heard someone pick up the phone and then they immediately put the call on hold. They never took me off hold—they just left me there with the elevator music. I think they were tired of listening to the phone ring.Maybe they are short-staffed, but they at least need some sort of voicemail to guide people who are calling the tire center.”

“THE OTHER REVIEWS ARE TRASH.
I am a mobile mechanic with experience in a tire shop as well. When I moved to Boston, I never considered tires from a wholesaler like Costcos but my usual company isn't up here in the NE so I needed to pivot. Being a member has its perks because there are also discounts compared to costs at other retailers. And, specifically at the location here, the guys are knowledgeable and the service is great.
I've not had the luxury of time to schedule appointments and have service done immediately, but never experienced prolonged delays even with emergency service or repairs of my tire pressure system sensors.
I'm committed and although I may not stay up in Boston forever, Costco Tire will always be a top contender amongst tire suppliers and service centers.
