“Love BJs. The customer service at the tire center at this location is rough. I've called them a total of 6 times in the last two weeks. Only once did they actually answer. One time, I heard someone pick up the phone and then they immediately put the call on hold. They never took me off hold—they just left me there with the elevator music. I think they were tired of listening to the phone ring.Maybe they are short-staffed, but they at least need some sort of voicemail to guide people who are calling the tire center.”

The other guy F.M., did not know what he was talking about and wanted me to buy a new tire. My tire was under road hazard warranty, and therefore partly refundable. It was purchased Oct. 2025.
