My experience with them has been nothing shot of amazing.I’ve had the misfortune of needing to file claims twice this year The second claim being a total loss of my vehicleI rented Replacement vehicleFrom Hertz in RandolphThey are terrible, and I needed to go to another rental agency. I was quite concerned that I’d be able to do that But Ms Doucette Claims person at North Dedham understand exactly what I was going through And was quite familiar with how her and Randolph does businessLess than an hour, after speaking with her, I had a.Reservation with Enterprise Car Rental in Foxborough, Massachusetts, less than 5 miles from my homeAfter learning that my car was a total loss On Thanksgiving week just days after the accident I had a fair settlement, and what the hell of Lauren lying Who is filling in for Mr. on the holiday? Told me to bring my tile in And she’d have a checker awaiting meKnowing that the check will be there allowed To make an aggressive search for new vehicle Which I have done and those I’ve been assured, the check will be there Monday. Today is Sunday.
