“Customer service nowadays can be a challenge. Both Cheryl and Misty at K&G Fashion Superstore restored my faith in good customer service again. Cheryl though busy took the time to both help me locate pants to suit in my size at another location while also giving me info on someone that may be in a position if at all possible to have pants shipped to store. Misty, Assistant Manager located stores that had pants, called to put pants on hold in addition to sending emails to the Reading and Somerville location. These 2 women gave me a reason to shop in this store again and to tell as many people as I know about the Dedham location!!!”

“I came here to browse as I was waiting for a first date and an employee had asked about what I was looking for, etc. Told her about my date (casually, she was so cool) and she said "if you need to bail tell them your friend works here and needs something!" The date went great, but dang Julia thanks for having a girls back. You're the best. We made plans for second one. Next time I come back I'm purchasing something :)”

The two ladies working in the store were very helpful and friendly and helped me locate exactly the type of gift I was looking to purchase. This store is a little small and more cramped than other locations, but has all the typical merchandise you'd fine at Francesca's such as clothing, fun gifts and costume jewelry.”

“Excellent store with professional and helpful sales associates! One of the sales associates even went out of her way to help me try to find a sweater I saw in the Prudential location. This location didn't have it, but she was very diligent in searching and even looked online using the store's iPad. I find their regular prices rather high but they often have sales. If you can snag anything here for 40 percent off or more, the prices are more reasonable. I got two great dresses for under $30 during their after Christmas sales. Jewelry is very nice too and does not look cheap like the jewelry in some of their competitors.”

“Came in to the store on my lunch break to stock up on some more work pants. I’ve been looking for something that fits me a little better in the legs since most pants are a little tight on me. The store was very clean and well organized.I was greeted by Kevin as I walked in. He listened to my needs and he was able to guide me into buying the rugged flex work pants. They are AWESOME!
