“Excellent store with professional and helpful sales associates! One of the sales associates even went out of her way to help me try to find a sweater I saw in the Prudential location. This location didn't have it, but she was very diligent in searching and even looked online using the store's iPad. I find their regular prices rather high but they often have sales. If you can snag anything here for 40 percent off or more, the prices are more reasonable. I got two great dresses for under $30 during their after Christmas sales. Jewelry is very nice too and does not look cheap like the jewelry in some of their competitors.”

“Recently visited the Aritzia store in Legacy Place for the first time and I was so impressed. It was the first hot and sunny day in a while so I was worried the store would be overly hot when I saw that the doors were kept open, but no the AC in the store was perfect. It was super clean and organized. An employee, Emily, assisted me while I was browsing and she was extremely kind and beyond helpful with helping me learn the layout of the store, super knowledgeable about different fabrics, cuts/shapes of the products, and petite sizing. Mind you, she was also helping like two other customers at the same time - I was impressed at how she was so seamless helping out customers back and forth, without making anyone feel ignored. Definitely would go back to the store just for Emily's help/insight when I need to try stuff on in person.”

“We were shopping for our annual coat drive where we bought 120 jackets/coats, and although it was stressful, the team was soooo helpful and nice! They didn’t seem annoyed that we had so many coats so I appreciate their patience - because within 2 registers and 6 full carts, it took less than half an hour (which is kind of awesome)?
I didn’t get anyone’s name but the people working the front today at 4:00-4:30 were every efficient! They called for back up to gather a bunch of boxes where we could fit them all in instead of using so many bags. Very efficient store and very nice people! We made a joke how we cleared their whole stock but then someone said it was a good thing because they need the space ? Lovely people, good place to find deals!”

What stood out to me was how much more relaxed the overall atmosphere felt, providing a far more comfortable shopping experience overall.
The store layout and merchandise selection were the main highlights of the visit. The Dedham location features a noticeably larger footprint than the Newbury Street shop, which allows for broader aisle spacing and a larger overall inventory selection. Browsing through the racks yielded a wider variety of casual basics, graphic tees, hoodies, and lounge sets, including items and accessories that frequently sell out faster in high-traffic city spots.
Another major benefit of visiting this location was the absence of long waits. Unlike the Back Bay store, where fitting room and checkout lines frequently wrap around the sales floor, the flow of traffic here was steady and well-managed with virtually no lines to wait in. Moving through the shop and checking out was quick and hassle-free from start to finish.
The overall customer experience was smooth and convenient. The staff kept the larger space well-organized and organized throughout the afternoon, and the surrounding outdoor mall layout provided ample garage and lot parking right near the storefront.
Overall, Brandy Melville in Dedham is a superior alternative if you want to shop the brand without the crowds. The combination of a larger footprint, broader selection, and zero line stress makes it a location I would easily choose over the Boston storefront for a quick and easy retail trip.”
