326 Bridge St, DedhamMy dog recently underwent TPLO surgery after a CCL tear and I am so grateful for the exceptional care he received at Boston Veterinary Specialists. From start to finish everyone we encountered was not only professional and knowledgeable, but incredibly kind and patient.
My boy is a high-energy german shepherd mix - full of personality, very chaotic at times, and prone to separation anxiety. I was nervous going into this, but the staff handled him with such grace and understanding. They treated him like he was their own and that level of care made all the difference.
Leaving him for surgery was incredibly emotional, but knowing he was in such capable hands gave me so much comfort. The team kept me informed, answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly, and provided detailed instructions for post-op care. They made what could have been an overwhelming process feel smooth and manageable.
I feel lucky to have found a place that combines top-tier medical expertise with heartfelt compassion. I am beyond thankful to everyone who helped my pup on his road to recovery. This team is truly something special and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

592 Providence Hwy, DedhamI recently lost my sister and moved in with my brother in-law to help with the care of my sister’s 10 yr old yorkie and their 2 yr old 140 lb Rottweiler Tank whom would NOT go to the vet. Dr Martinez not only made it convenient for us, he is reasonably priced. During a difficult time when most people take advantage, Dr Martinez is honest and kind, and only has you do what is absolutely necessary. Unlike those other “emergency clinics” that I have made the mistake of going to multiple times prior that cost 250$ just to walk in the door. I am forever grateful to Dr Martinez and the girls for taking my panic calls and listening to me ramble and cry when I thought something was seriously wrong with the little dog Ryder. They are the best!

Priscilla also took great pictures of their adventures and even treated the pups to a walk on the beach. 55 Anna's Pl, DedhamMy friend is an animal rescuer and she catches cats off the streets. So she found a cat yesterday. She brought it here and they took it and now they will take care of the cat. My friend does this quite a lot. This place a certs donations for all kinds of animals . I saw then The people here seemed very nice.. if u find an animal or especially a cat bring them here. It's a nice location and very very nice setting. . Sorry no pictures , we came at night
