He charged me $10 to notarize something, which is double what most places charge for the same service and double what he charged me less than a year ago to notarize something. Makes me think he's arbitrarily charging me whatever he feels like because I'm nice and easy going and he knows I'll probably just pay it instead of making an issue about it. But you can't beat the convenience ?♂️”

“Whoever was answering the front desk phones today (3/4) in the Swansea MA post office is an amazing human being! I accidentally put in the wrong address to ship two items and didn’t realize it until they were almost being delivered!
I called and not only was he extremely polite but he took down my information and helped me with the problem! One of the packages already arrived no problem! Thank you so much!
USPS has been under so much pressure and I’m sure they deal with rude phone calls and problems all day... but despite that this person still helped me solve a problem very important to me in such a kind manor and I am so thankful!

In my experience, these three men will go that extra step (and with courtesy and a smile) to help you out if you have any problems with your mail carrier and/or delivery. “Jaylen was phenomenal! His customer service is untouchable!!! I came from the other FedEx location (just a few minutes from this location) and was so upset by the nasty customer service I experienced. I walked out and decided to try another location and I'm so glad I did. I was ready to boycott FedEx entirely and move the company's shipping services to UPS but Jaylen was so kind. If you're reading this do NOT go to 310 Paramount Dr. Go to the FedEx in the Walmart on 36 Paramount Dr. Jaylen and Chris were great!”
“We had to get a shipment out today and were told by the UPS Store in Central Square that their driver had already picked up/left to try this location. We got here at 6:50ish and the door was locked. We went around to the front where the loading dock was and handed the prepaid packages to a driver, who took them. I take one star off for having hours listed incorrectly on the door, but still a very good review for taking our packages. This made our day!”

He used to service me when he was at the F.R Branch close to Eastern Ave across from the high rise.
After all you don't go to the post office to socialize with the tall Guy.

Knocks on the door if the box is too big and always follows up with certified or registered mail the next day. We get 5 star service here. Thank you everyone.”
“You cannot just give a return parcel/package to the mail carrier for returns anymore. You have to go online to USPS and reserve a day for pickup. Pretty easy to do and usually its next day pickup. They also email you to tell you that your package was picked up. There's several pickup options like requesting the mail carrier knock on your door.”
“This location is where I do most of my shipping and they're always friendly, efficient, and willing to help. Jaylen helped me mail a long backdrop for a coworker in Florida.
